We were not welcomed ! It was an indecent and entirely stressful situation.
The owner emailed me saying he did not have any room the day I we arrived. There was a padlock on the gate and no one answered the gate. It was nighttime in a strange town.
I insist that I was not billed for this and want to hear from you immediately. This was a terrible experience for my wife and I and we had to search for a home for the night in high season on the back of it all.

James I’m so sorry to hear that, I didn’t know you arrived at the cabin. As soon as I got your reservation request I send you a message explaining that the cabin was not available and that I had cancelled the reservation, but the system was failing and I was not sure if it went through, I’ve tried to contact Vrbo but never got an answer either, I’m sorry you have had a bad experience when you are supposed to have great memories of your holidays. Regarding the payment of course that I will reimburse it all, but I have to check if I got any, as I mention before I thought that this reservation was cancelled.
