This new, tastefully decorated building is on a broad street in Chamberí with wide pavements and very little traffic. It has a lift and internet connection.

This lovely apartment is one of several we can offer in the building. The photographs are a selection of the various units. The apartments may vary slightly in the layout or décor but the features are the same.

This fantastic apartment can sleep six and has been recently renovated in keeping with the latest trends in decor and design: wooden floors, French-style furniture, light shades of grey and pastel colours…

The lounge boasts a balcony that floods the apartment with natural light and also has a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to a fully equipped kitchen designed to make optimal use of space. The handy work island with designer stool can be used as a breakfast bar.

The main bedroom has a double bed, lovely balcony and large fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom, which is reached through the kitchen, has two single beds, a three-section fitted wardrobe and a window overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. The good-sized bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment also has independent heating, internet, smart TV and everything else to guarantee a comfortable stay.
