This modern and cheerful apartment is located in front of Valencia´s famous Quart Towers and one minute from the historical centre of the city in the neighborhood called El Carmen.

The Area surrounding the Apartment

It is a gorgeous reformed and modern apartment located right in the city centre, only minutes from Valencia´s major monuments and attractions. The neighborhood, El Carmen, is the bohemian centre of the city full of restaurants, markets, bars and nightlife. Several lovely squares and the Central Market, the largest covered market in Europe, are just a short walk away.

A 10-15 minute walk away is the central train station and metro with direct connections to the airport. Plus, the city of Arts and Sciences and the beach are only a short ride away on local transport. In short, this flat is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Valencia has to offer.

The Apartment

The Stark II apartment is housed in a historic building but has been completed remodeled and modernized in style to provide you with all modern conveniences. It is situated door to door with the apartment Stark.

It is located on the eighth floor and there is an elevator at your disposal. The apartment sleeps 6 people.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will find a modern living/dining room where you can relax in style after discovering the wonders of Valencia. It has a door to the terrace; as you can see in the photographs. The open-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils for cooking if desired.

Next to it, you will find the terrace, overlooking the Torres de Quart, where you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures in the city.

It has two bedrooms, one en-suite, both with double beds. A second bathroom is available too.

The Stark II apartment has everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Valencia including a fully stocked kitchen, plasma TV, DVD, hairdryer, washing machine etc. Of course that also includes clean and crisp towels and sheets.

Regardless of the reason for your visit, the Stark II apartment is an excellent choice for your stay in the modern city of Valencia.

Functional and spacey top floor apartment with great views from balcony

Functional and spacey apartment on the top floor with great views towards the old city of Valencia from the balcony. However, the apartment was over-priced due to the following: (i) master bathroom was so smelly (possibly mold) that we could NOT use it at all and needed to use the smaller bathroom, (ii) sewer in the smaller bathroom was almost clogged and the tap almost loose, (iii) washing machine door was broken and the machine could not be used, (iv) kitchen water heater was in bad shape. One also wonders the HomeAway "hidden item pricing" scheme. At first look, the HomeAway website indicated apartment price at around USD 80 per night which at the end turns out to be almost twice as much, i.e. adding U.S. tax (which we don't have in Europe), cleaning fee and HomeAway's fee (which is inappropriate). All these should show up when browsing thru apartment options.
