Rental Rates per week in euro:
May = 500 € per week
June and September = 700 € or 550 week
July and August = 1000 € per week
January-February-March-April-October-November-December: 400 € excluding consumption gas / water / electricity, or 325 week
Visit the apartment possible upon appointment.
Reservation: 50% down payment upon signing the rental contract, balance on arrival.
Deposit: 1000 euro check not cashed and returned after inventory of exiting places.

Well what can I say. The whole stay was fantastic. We we're greeted by Francoise the host on arrival. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you would ever need. It's a great location that gives right on to the beach and the owners left us with a free parking pass that can be used in the car park directly in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated and comes with all mod cons. The location is fantastic with a host of restaurants within walking distance (La Plage Gourmande is a must -directly opposite the carousel).
There was a slight mix up with the booking (our fault) but the hosts sorted this out quickly and were contactable throughout our stay. A brilliant holiday in Canet. Definitely recommend.
