The master bedroom has 2 juliet patios overlooking the pool and gardens. The second bedroom has a juliet patio over looking the gardens. There is a family bathroom with bathtub, bidet and overhead shower. There are total of five pools on the property, along with numerous tennis courts, sport courts, children's soccer field. The beach is a 3 minute walk where you will find 2 chiringuitos bars. There are many top notch golf courses nearby and many adventurous site seeing areas to visit. The apartment has it's own WIFI and T.V. which includes U.K. channels and numerous channels from other countries as well. (Other T.V. channels include German, Italian, Spanish and more) There is a front and back porch. On the front porch a breakfast or lounging area and on the back porch an additional eating area overlooking the pool which seats 6. The apartment has a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is big and spacious with a fire place for chilly nights in the winter. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating. About Faith and Phillip Putman
My husband is from England and I was born in the U.S. We fell in love with Spain after we walked the Camino de Santiago in the summer of 2013. We decided to buy a holiday/retirement home and chose the El Presidente Urbanizacion in the Costa del Sol area because of the beauty of the beaches and mountains along with it's fabulous micro-climate. Both of us like the beach and we both love to hike. We are hoping to retire in the next 5 or 6 years but in the meantime we would like to share our beautiful apartment with those who enjoy the beach and mountains and we hope you will enjoy our fabulous apartment.

We choose this property because of the beachside spanish style apartments in a tropical garden setting. We also noticed that the El Presidente urbanizacion was one of the few complexes with numerous pools set in a quiet area surrounded by protected pine trees.
What makes this Apartment unique
The El Presidente urbanizacion located on the New Golden Mile next to the Marriott Andalusia Resort. We found that the area is centrally located to more of Spain's southern coastal attractions, family friendly and considerably less busy then the Malaga area. Yet close enough to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona to find the vacation night life. It was easy to find and travel down the coast from either Malaga or Gibraltar's airport.

Perfect a delight
Beautiful penthouse apartment over looking one of the many pools. The complex is in delightful gardens which are mature and old school Spain. It was a little oasis but near enough to shops and main connections to Marbella, Estepona and further afield. It was well equipped and had all the things we needed. We will certainly return

Wonderful apartment and complex

Bright, spacious apartment overlooking pool and set within quiet, well maintained grounds.
The El Presidente urbanisation itself feels like a small safe community opposed to a holiday complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained, pool areas are clean with shower and bathroom facilities and the apartments themselves all look cared for and well loved.
This penthouse apartment has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equip should you wish to cook and eat there, with an Aldi supermarket a short walk away. Open plan living/dining with a large table to eat at both inside and on the terrace. Bedrooms have plenty of space and storage and the beds are very comfortable. Both bedroom have french shuttered doors with fly screen options and small terrace spaces too, master bed has a ceiling fan which we were very grateful for given the unusually high June temperatures. Decent wifi, a smart tv and plenty of channels to suit the fussiest of teenagers too.
There are a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance should you want to give the car a break and have a beer. We would recommend L'Oriental (Lebanese) or Mini India. L'Oriental is just around the corner, Mini India a little further, can be reached by walking over the bridge at the side of Aldi but worth the extra few minutes walk.
The apartment is around 10 mins drive outside Estepona town and main beach. It is also close to Puerto Banus for those with designer taste.
The only negative for us was the local beach. It was nice for a walk but is shingle at the waters edge, making access to the sea tricky on bare feet. There are much prettier beaches with better facilities with less/no shingles up and down the coast as well as the large main Estepona beach. (For young families try Cristo beach, a small cove on the other side of Estepona Marina.)
Our family had a relaxing holiday and would definitely reccommend this apartment for a comfortable home from home stay. The Torrances (June 2017)
Wonderful Beach Apartment!
Beautiful spacious apartment in lovely gardens. Nicely furnished with beautiful linens and very comfortable beds. Great location with plenty of diverse things to do. A short stroll to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. I Would definitely book a return trip.

A well spent week at the beachside penthouse
We were very pleased with the well maintained apartment that provided comfort and relaxation for a family of four for a week. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and equipped , especially dishwasher and washer were appreciated. A longer stay would have been nice ...
The location is superb, just a few hundred meters from the Sea. The surroundings are well maintained, and during our stay in late February, it was rather quiet.
Tango Holiday Solutions, the local management company of the apartment, is located very close and next to a mid-size grocery store. We were very pleased with their friendly services and flexibility. Thank you Alison and Roger!

High spec and spacious apartment in beautiful grounds close to beach and to local restaurants
We were there in the last week of May. The weather was fabulous and there were no crowds. You need a car to see best of the surrounding area but you could just chill by one of the 5 pools, go to the beach by day and wine and dine in the evening for a few days. Wide range of restaurants to choose from either side of the main road. The fully equipped kitchen also allows you to explore the markets (mostly supermarkets) and cook up adventurous meals. Morning sun on the back balcony for breakfast and evening sun on the front patio for sundowners. Lovely!
This area is ideal for golfers, hikers, beach activities and numerous site seeing adventures. There are five beautiful pools on property along with tennis courts, basketball courts, children's soccer field and playground. The gardens on property are resort style manicured.
