Spanish style family friendly with resort style manicured gardens and fountains.

2 bed/2bath spacious Penthouse corner apt. overlooking the quiet pool which is heated in the winter. The apartment is outfitted with brand new furniture and has upgraded gel mattresses and bedding. Master suite has super king bed and guest bedroom has queen bed. There is also a double sofa bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower along with 2 sinks and a bidet. The master bedroom has 2 juliet patios overlooking the pool and gardens. The second bedroom has a juliet patio over looking the gardens. There is a family bathroom with bathtub, bidet and overhead shower. There are total of five pools on the property, along with numerous tennis courts, sport courts, children's soccer field. The beach is a 3 minute walk where you will find 2 chiringuitos bars. There are many top notch golf courses nearby and many adventurous site seeing areas to visit. The apartment has it's own WIFI and T.V. which includes U.K. channels and numerous channels from other countries as well. (Other T.V. channels include German, Italian, Spanish and more) There is a front and back porch. On the front porch a breakfast or lounging area and on the back porch an additional eating area overlooking the pool which seats 6. The apartment has a new washer/dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge is big and spacious with a fire place for chilly nights in the winter. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating. The El Presidente is 5 minutes driving from Puerto Banus and 10 minutes outside of Estepona. Site Seeing adventures nearby include Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Morocco. About Faith and Phillip Putman

My husband is from England and I was born in the U.S. We fell in love with Spain after we walked the Camino de Santiago in the summer of 2013. We decided to buy a holiday/retirement home and chose the El Presidente Urbanizacion in the Costa del Sol area because of the beauty of the beaches and mountains along with it's fabulous micro-climate. Both of us like the beach and we both love to hike. We are hoping to retire in the next 5 or 6 years but in the meantime we would like to share our beautiful apartment with those who enjoy the beach and mountains and we hope you will enjoy our fabulous apartment.

Why Faith and Phillip Putman chose Malaga Province (Costa del Sol)

We choose this property because of the beachside spanish style apartments in a tropical garden setting. We also noticed that the El Presidente urbanizacion was one of the few complexes with numerous pools set in a quiet area surrounded by protected pine trees.

What makes this apartment unique

The El Presidente urbanizacion located on the New Golden Mile next to the Marriott Andalusia Resort. We found that the area is centrally located to more of Spain's southern coastal attractions, family friendly and considerably less busy then the Malaga area. Yet close enough to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona to find the vacation night life. It was easy to find and travel down the coast from either Malaga or Gibraltar's airport.

A well spent week at the beachside penthouse

We were very pleased with the well maintained apartment that provided comfort and relaxation for a family of four for a week. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and equipped , especially dishwasher and washer were appreciated. A longer stay would have been nice ...

The location is superb, just a few hundred meters from the Sea. The surroundings are well maintained, and during our stay in late February, it was rather quiet.

Tango Holiday Solutions, the local management company of the apartment, is located very close and next to a mid-size grocery store. We were very pleased with their friendly services and flexibility. Thank you Alison and Roger!

High spec and spacious apartment in beautiful grounds close to beach and to local restaurants

We were there in the last week of May. The weather was fabulous and there were no crowds. You need a car to see best of the surrounding area but you could just chill by one of the 5 pools, go to the beach by day and wine and dine in the evening for a few days. Wide range of restaurants to choose from either side of the main road. The fully equipped kitchen also allows you to explore the markets (mostly supermarkets) and cook up adventurous meals. Morning sun on the back balcony for breakfast and evening sun on the front patio for sundowners. Lovely!

Fabulous holiday apartment near Puerto Banus

A very relaxing holiday in an excellently situated and well furnished apartment, with a choice of five outdoor swimming pools (one heated) and several tennis courts. All these facilities are in tip-top condition. The beach is situated a few minutes walk away via a tree-lined avenue. On a clear day the view takes you to Gibraltar and North Africa. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Piscine chauffée très agréable en Avril

Appartement très spacieux, propre et bien équipé.

La plage, Un petit supermarché et 4 restaurants à proximité immédiate.

Voiture obligatoire pour visiter la région.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée à 29 degrés en ce mois d'avril ensoleillé. Ouverte de 10h à 20h à cette saison, nous l'avions souvent pour nous seuls.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Top Ausstattung in guter Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind für knapp 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Dieser ist äußerst geräumig und mit allem Ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Alle Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Wir haben uns zu jederzeit sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

Die Eigentümer waren zu jederzeit per Mail erreichbar, der Verwalter per Telefon oder vor Ort in einem kleinen Office.

Magnifique location - Propriétaires très sérieux

Location en tous points conforme à la description ! Beaucoup d'espace, au calme, la propreté, décoration soignée, très belle terrasse extérieure. Les piscines (1 chauffée ) et jardins sont magnifiques et très entretenus au sein d'un complexe de standing. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la région. Contact très chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires comme de l'agence sur place. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes impatients d'y retourner pour 1 séjour plus long !!
