Winter months at our condo are very serene, quiet, and relaxing. It is a quality, spacious home away from home to read, play games, catch up with friends, veg out and watch those movies you've been wanting to see. The beautiful lake is right there, full and magnificent. We love watching the lake change colors and textures depending on the sun and air. We always see a few fishing boats out in Jan. and Feb. Of course a get-a -way of about 10 minutes to Branson Landing for some shopping and or supper out, is always a pleasure.

MARCH BEGINS THE SPRING SEASON WITH THE BUDS beginning to come out and that means more boating on the calmer waters of the lake. People love to fish! Its still a quiet, beautiful, and peaceful condo on the lake. The shows about 10 minutes drive are opening up even more from the winter schedule. So much to do for every member of your party, whether, relaxing and taking in the View, fishing, going to attractions, or all the above!

Excellent getaway

This is my 3rd time staying in this condo. I love it. Beautiful views, clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful remodeled baths. Getting through the gate was a little challenging but I finally figured it out. I plan on returning for a fall visit.

Unreliable owner/Billing process

Owner charged extra for things renter was not responsible for: We rented this condo for two days while our kitchen was being remodeled. We are a retired couple in our sixties. After checking out we were notified the condo smelled of smoke. We are not smokers so we told the owners that this couldn’t be true. We were then told that the “trusted and long term cleaner” told them the entire condo reeked of marijuana. While our family and friends had quite a laugh over this absurd accusation, we feel frustrated and DECIEVED. How do you prove that someone is lying about an odor?! The owners claimed they had to rent a “air cleaner/filter” to “clear the air, carpet, furniture, and walls”. We asked for a receipt to document this rental. The document that was provided was not a receipt for an air cleaner/filter rental, but a list of cleaning tasks, wiping down walls, using odoban, using a dehumidifier (which does not remove smoke odor) and additional 40 minutes getting room cleaned, none of which can be substantiated. The receipt merely documented the “trusted and long term cleaner” who made the false allegations “wanted us to pay an extra arbitrary amount for 40 minutes to remove the alleged odor. This cleaning technique seems highly unlikely to resolve what the cleaner had described. Our impression is that either the owners are untrustworthy/unreliable, or the “trusted long term cleaner” is taking advantage of their employer. Renters beware!

The view brings rest to the soul.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. As the pictures show, it is spacious and the furniture is very comfortable and welcoming. But even above the well furnished interior, the best part of this condo is the amazing view. Whether you step out on the deck or just look through the wall of windows, that view makes it hard to even leave for activities. Sitting on the deck and taking it all in is almost hypnotic. Whether you're having your morning coffee, eating lunch, reading a great book, or just having a glass of wine, that view brings rest to the soul.

Bob and I love beautiful lakes and mountains. Table Rock Lake never disappoints. We get peace and calm from being on the lake. But we also enjoy being out on the water with our ski boat playing with our family and friends. The beauty of the Ozark Mountains brings us much pleasure. We began vacationing here together since our marriage began in 1972. As we had children, we added the boating experiences with tubing, water skiing, wake boarding and just playing and relaxing in the water with our family and friends. My extended family lives in Kentucky and Texas, so yearly reunions at Table Rock Lake are always the favorite destination for location, lake activities, and all the fun and diverse entertainment in the Branson area.

Bob and I live in Overland Park, Kansas. Our adult children and their family live close by. We get together often here, yet we travel to Table Rock Lake for even more fun and family time. Bob is a civil engineer and I am a relationship specialist - life coach. We have full and busy careers, so it is that much more rewarding to visit our condo which is about a 3 and 1/2 hour drive away. We have been fortunate to have traveled to many places, yet our favorite is Table Rock Lake.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique pleasures we enjoy at our condo is seeing the beautiful lake up close right outside our windows. The entire back of the condo has large windows overlooking the lake which is about 100 yards away. There is no obstruction to the view. The condo is designed for the open living areas of the kitchen, dining, and family room at the back so we can always see the lake. We have a beautiful swimming pool about 100 feet away. It is private to the condo owners and their guests and has a nice covered grilling area. We use that almost every day. The Emerald Point Marina is only a 2 minute walk away, which has inside and outside boat storage, boat rentals, and complimentary boat dock. There is a small store located there also. Yet with all of these wonderful services, our condo is a very quite, relaxed, and peaceful home.

We also enjoy going into Branson, which is about a 10 minute drive, to visit the inviting Branson Landing. It has numerous good restaurants, and shopping overlooking Lake Taneycomo. We are about 10 to 15 minutes to numerous shows and attractions. Our adult children and Bob still enjoy a good go-cart ride 10 min. away! Although Bob and I don't golf, our children and some friends do and they say the golfing in our area is one of the best. Bob and I enjoy live shows. The talent at these shows are fantastic! We love the live music shows. The price for the entertainment is certainly affordable compared to other cities. Of course we enjoy the Christmas shows and lights at Silver Dollar City. There is so many varied and quality things to do near our condo. But one of our absolute favorite activities, is sitting out on our balcony taking in the beautiful lake and being awed by nature.
