Fountainbridge, Chalmers apartment is a centrally located, lovely refurbished 1 bedroom apartment. Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Grassmarket, the Meadows, The Royal Mile and other attractions are just within minutes away by foot.

This 1850's building is a charming piece of Edinburgh history with the apartment's interior modernised to a high standard

There is a comfortable double bedroom and the apartment includes the open plan lounge /kitchen/diner

The kitchen, open-plan to the living room /kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for home from home comfort, including a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar & biscuits ,

In the area close by there is a wide variety of great restaurants to choose from on your doorstep as well as a cinema complex within walking distance away which also offers bowling, and children's soft play.

There are several local supermarkets 2 mins walk on the main street.

“Fountainbridge, apartment is a centrally located, lovely refurbished 1 bedroom” In many ways this was perfect for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in love with Edinburgh, but it was cold, windy and rainy during my visit. I was there primarily for a conference taking place in the convention center less than a 10 minute walk from Fountainbridge - PERFECT. I'm a celiac so the ability to make my own meals was a goal and the kitchen had everything and more that I needed. I'm a walker and this flat put me in a good position to walk to the University of Edinburgh for meetings on Friday, to the center of town, to a movie theatre (there must be 3 of these within blocks of the flat), and to markets, which were numerous and close. I took a taxi from the airport and back otherwise I walked and it was great. Don't miss the great restaurant just down the street, Loudons Café and Bakery, 94B Fountainbridge (yup, just down the street). Date of arrival

Comfortable with central location.

Clean, neat layout unit with well equipped kitchen. Jayne provided well documented and useful information about the unit and modern appliances. Her response to any question was quick and helpful. The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities required for a city stay.

Excellent base for exploring Edinburgh

Great one bed flat within walking distance of the city. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal. The flat was clean and tidy, with a welcome pack of coffee, tea and milk which was much appreciated. The bed was comfy and we slept well during our stay. We did plenty of walking around the city and found the flat to be an ideal base for exploring the city. Many thanks for providing a lovely place to stay we would certainly stay here again.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gefallen, sie ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Außerdem ist alles relativ neu und vor allem sauber! Das Bett ist etwas klein wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen.
