Three bedroomed townhouse located in a quiet cul de sac with views to woodland, private pool and garden.
Entrance hall to open plan lounge/dining area with cable TV. Compact kitchen with all modern appliances including microwave. There is a bedroom off the lounge with bunk beds ideal for children.
Also on the ground floor, one twin bedroom with separate shower room, sliding doors to rear garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has twin beds made up as a double, with ensuite bathroom. From the master bedroom sliding doors give access to top terrace with views. Air conditioned throughout.
Outside set in the private garden with low perimeter wall is a 7m x 3m pool. The garden also features a bougainvillea covered pergola with patio furniture and a built in BBQ. Central reception facility. Close to central resort pool and tennis courts. Maid service is 3 times per week.
All extras are subject to availability and the prices quoted are weekly. (7 days minimum charge). Order your extras in advance. A refundable damages deposit is requested at time of check in - a valid credit card is required. .
