With a capacity for 8 people plus 1 extra, the house is distributed over two floors and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, one adapted for the disabled and the other with Hydro massage, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort the property has air conditioning throughout.
There is also a beautiful garden with fruit trees, a large porch, various furnished terraces and a swimming pool, with sun terrace and lawn, offering absolute privacy. The swimming pool is gated for security.
It is very close to the village and only 8 km from the beaches of Playas de Muro and Ca'n Picafort.
