Only 3kms from the charming old town of Pollensa and 6kms from the sea, this recently reformed, beautiful country house on the outskirts of Pollensa, sits in the heart of rural countryside between the coves of Cala San Vicente and the beaches and marina in Puerto Pollensa.
The house has been beautifully restored by the owner, whilst retaining its traditional Mallorcan charm. It has terracotta-tiled floors and white walls, and is decorated in comfortable warm tones. Upon entering, there is an attractive open plan living/ dining room with sprawling sofas for easy relaxation and a big dining table. A long tiled covered terrace extends the length of the house, giving much needed shade in the blistering midday heat. A large outdoor table looks out onto an orchard of fruit trees. Eating alfresco becomes a pleasurable nightly event, with the help of the outdoor BBQ area for those warm summer nights.
