About the property

Spacious 1 bed apartment in central Antibes + large balcony with view of Alps

This modern beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment (with distant views of the foothills of the Alps) is furnished and fitted to an exceptionally high standard throughout with contemporary furniture and accessories and is within an easy walk to the Old Town, sandy beaches and public transport.

Air conditioning units are installed in both the living area and the bedroom. The professionally designed kitchen is equipped and fitted to a superior standard and includes a large fridge/freezer, a Siemens hob, microwave/oven, extractor fan and a washing machine.

The lounge includes a modern and comfortable sofa (which may be converted into a sofa bed) a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a top of the range stereo system. Both French and UK/English speaking channels are available.

A generous size table with four chairs is provided in the dining area.

The bedroom includes floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, two single beds ( which can be made as a double bed), bedside units with lighting and a good size set of drawers.

In the fully tiled bathroom are a full size bath with an overhead shower, vanity unit with a wash basin and a heated towel rail. There is a separately housed W.C. with a second wash hand basin.

Additional storage space is available in the lounge and the hallway.

The apartment has air conditioning installed in both the bedroom and in the open-plan lounge.

The apartment is provided with remote control electric window shutters, internet/WiFi and a parking place at the residency (to be booked in advance) within the rental price - although a car is not required due to the excellent location.

Excellent apartment

This is the third time we have used Lorna and Sarah to book accommodation in Antibes as we know we will get excellent service from them. The apartment is so well appointed throughout, with top quality kitchen appliances and everything you would want. It has a light and airy feeling with great air conditioning to keep you cool day and night. We loved the balcony which is a great size for relaxing and enjoying the view with a glass of wine. The apartment is very central for shops, restaurants etc. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. We hope to be back in Antibes soon and we will definitely use Lorna and Sarah for any of our future bookings and they can't do enough to make your holiday a success.

Wonderful Apartment.

This is a modern apartment built within a new complex.Its situation is excellent for all local amenities, the old town and the beach.

It is also near to the railway station and main roads that give you access to the Cote D'azur.

Sarah and Lorna are excellent managers of the property and keep it well maintained they are also more than happy to answer any questions you have.

Antibes has many attractions to suit most tastes but you will need to visit to experience this.

A gem of an apartment!

This apartment is a real delight. Located on the fifth floor of a stylish modern building in the heart of Antibes, it has real panache. The spacious rooms are beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Comfortable furnishings, top level appliances and excellent air conditioning ensure a perfect ambience.

Light floods in from the floor to ceiling windows and balcony doors, but shade can be provided at the touch of a button on the shutter control. The spacious balcony is perfect for an aperitif while enjoying the rooftop views and vista of distant snow-capped mountains, and the outdoor table encourages al fresco dining.

Managing agents Sarah and Lorna are second to none in their warm welcome, and what they don't know about Antibes and the Cote d'Azur isn't worth knowing!
