Bank holiday break
We had a lovely two night stay here over the bank holiday. It had just about everything we wanted. The property is clean tidy and cosy. The outdoor area was perfect for our Labrador who loved running around in plenty of space.
We were greeted by Christine who instantly made us feel welcome. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and peaceful with plenty of routes for a good walk. The nearest supermarkets are around a 20minute drive away from the property either towards Chester or Wrexham.
Christine provided some lovely goodies for us to enjoy.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and got everything we wanted out of our mini break. I would definitely recommend and stay again if we wanted to visit this beautiful place again.
Thank you Christine, Graham and Lenny the Dog.
Amazing little cottage
Great place to stay...away from the maddening crowd....we only stopped over one night but our hosts ensured everything was there for a great breakfast....And we all love a log burner.
We will definitely return for a proper stay, hosts are so lovely cant fault them or their amazing little cottage
Charming cottage - small, but everything you need included. Clean, comfortable, and cosy.
A lovely weeks holiday in quiet surroundings. Cottage was ideal for all our needs, with a very generous and much-appreciated welcome 'goodies' on arrival. Wood-burner perfect for chillier evenings, and a really pleasant decking area with seating for warmer days. All-in-all, a special place.
Peace and Quiet
We enjoyed our stay in this little cottage and the welcome package . We went for a lovely walk from Coppermine Lane to Beeston Castle which took about Hour and a half,
Small but perfectly formed.
We had a great stay at Barton Bank. The owners met us on arrival and were very welcoming. The welcome pack was brilliant with lots of goodies. The cottage although small had everything you need. We wanted for nothing. The view of the paddock is lovely and it was charming when the two horses Oliver & Harry came. Such beautiful animals. We will definitely stay here again.
