Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional French building. It has 1 kingsize bed in bedroom & a double sofabed for use in living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It’s a nice bright apartment, pleasantly furnished and comfortable. Located in Le Suquet, It is ideal for both holiday and business trips, the Palais de Festivals is a 5 minute walk, and beaches are 250 meters away from the apartment.

Le Suquet with its narrow winding streets is filled with restaurants and small shops. The covered market (Fortville) is 3 minutes away and is well worth a visit, it’s ideal for purchasing - cheese, flowers and vegetables, It also comes with bags of local atmosphere and will be a challenge to ones ‘school boy’ French.

Fab apartment, close to all amenities

This was our first visit to this apartment and we will certainly be returning next year! The apartment is fantastic and had everything you need for a comfortable stay... really a perfect home away from home.

The apartment is located in a very central location in Old Town; you are only a short walk from the main row of restaurants, the beach, the local supermarket and the castle (which is well worth a visit!!).

We have certainly enjoyed our stay and the owners couldn’t have done more to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The information guide was a treasure, lots of hints and tips on restaurants, shops etc.

We were lucky enough to be in Cannes on one of the Fireworks nights, which also happened to be the British night. It was completely amazing to watch in a perfect location.

Thank you for everything, I’m sure we will be back next year!!!

GREAT Apartment in a great location

This is our second visit to this apartment. Cannot beat this apartment for location, just a couple of minutes walk from the main restaurant street one way and a couple of minutes walk from the beach the other way. Very clean and homely apartment, books, CDs, DVDs and everything you need in the kitchen. We will be back!

Charming Central Cannes Apartment

Charming central Cannes apartment located within a tranquil, residential side street in the Old Town. Boasts delightful views to the rear of the property overlooking gardens and Pine trees with plenty of bird song to start the day. The apartment is well equipped and perfectly placed to base a great short or long break and enjoy all that Cannes has to offer. The best bits of Cannes are all within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Namely, the Le Suquet and the Promenade de la Croisette with its superb restaurants and bars, the local daily market, bus station with direct transfer to Nice airport and the Rue D'Antibes for great shopping.......to name but a few.

If the weather turns, don't miss the opportunity to visit the Thermal Spa facilities at the Radisson Blu Hotel on Cannes Marina.

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who loves to travel and get in amongst the daily flow of the area....rather than being based in a soulless 5* hotel.

Oh yes, and Pat and David the owners are awfully nice also!

Just perfect!

The flat was clean, spacious & contained everything a normal home needs. Beautiful big windows that are easily opened to let the air through & even though very central, also very quiet.

You can walk down to the beach within 2minutes for great restaurants that are not expensive, sit & watch the sun go down or walk along the front from one end of Cannes to the other, very central & with all amenities near by.

Overall a wonderful, pleasant & thoroughly enjoyable time.

Fabulously comfortable with everything you need!!

The apartment was set in the heart of the old town which was full of character, an abundance of lovely restaurants, whilst also being a stone's throw away from some great beaches and the marina.

Inside, the apartment was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was such a bonus having items available to use such as a picnic bag, and even a bucket and spade!!

There was also a vast collection of books and DVDs to choose from. The access to Wifi was great too.

The supermarket just in the next street (Leader Price) helped us to keep the budget under control - great for stocking up on soft drinks, alcohol and other essentials!!!

We watched the firework display on the beach - our 5 year old couldn't get over how much fun building sandcastles in the dark was, whilst also watching fireworks!!

Another highlight was a free mini-festival held in the local school playground - great live music, and a chance to mix with the local families.

In essence, a fabulous holiday - thank you so much.

Nice flat. It's clean and well equipped. Has everything you need, no matter if your trip is for business or pleasure. Location is nice, close enough to the festival palais. Only 1 minutes walk to the nearest beach!!!

The apartment superbly located in the old town of Cannes, just a 5 - minute stroll to the Palais des Festivals. Whether you are attending one of Cannes' many conferences or on a holiday, you will want to be at the very heart of the action. Nearby you will find wonderful restaurants and bars, shops, a little supermarket, fantastic jewelers, bakeries and much more.

Life in Cannes centres around the world famous Croisette, the most elegant seaside promenade in Europe. Flanked by clear blue sea, golden beaches and perfect lines of striped parasols on one side and on the other stately palms, exclusive shops and pavement cafes. The beach is 250 meters away, The local railway station is about a five minute walk away and affords the opportunity to explore all what the Cote D’Azur has to offer. There are regular trains to Nice and Monaco, and Ventimiglia in Italy, not to mention all the areas in between.
