There is a delightful garden with plenty of available parking at the front and off street parking for one car at the rear.
The apartment has full central heating and is equipped to a very high standard.
It is tastefully furnished throughout and is in the heart of Arnside Village with two pubs, a restaurant, shops and cafes all within walking distance - that is not to mention the famous Arnside Chippy!
The area, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, enjoys the wide expanse of Morecambe Bay to the west, the rolling Pennine Hills to the east and the South Lakeland Fells to the north.
It is a perfect location for those who enjoy walking, cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing, horse riding, bird watching or simply enjoying being surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. The view from the lounge was fantastic. Arnside was pretty, with places to eat cake and eat out of an evening. And you can catch Pokemon from the lounge which the kids loved. Would heartily recommend.
We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Braeside. The view from the sitting room and front garden overlooking the rail bridge and estuary was magnificent. The kitchen was well-appointed and the accommodation comfortable. Arnside is a beautiful spot and we enjoyed the coastal walk from Silverdale back to Arnside on Sunday after a perfect wedding the day before. The food at the local pub "The Albion" was hearty and tasty and the bakery makes great pies.
Great house, great location,fantastic views, would recommend this property it has 2 great bedrooms and sleeps 6 people easily with the sofa bed in the lounge area. I would like to see a shower being put in the twin room as both rooms have en- suite but only the basement room has a shower.
Really enjoyed my stay here with my girlfriend for a long weekend. Really good location as well about 30 mins drive to lake Windermere. Cant recommend enough flat is really spacey and has all the utilities you'll need.
the apartment had every thing we needed is was home from home the views are incredible spent our time just relaxing and watching the waves coming in the local chippy was always busy and I would stay there again loved it
The cottage is located in a very good place in Arnside.
The kitchen is well equipped.
Living room is big with amazing view to the river.
It took us about 30min to the south part of the lake district and 1hr to the north part
We had a very nice time there.
