Villa Granja is an exquisitely renovated farmhouse, situated in the fabulous Vall d'en March Valley, a
mere 6 kms from Pollensa.
Furnished and decorated to a very high standard in a modern rustic style. A resident couple provides cleaning, cooking (breakfast and dinner, food not included) and shopping. The staff quarters is just off from the main entrance with a number of other rooms such as the dining room, lounge, library/TV room TV with News and International channels, cloakroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Stairs lead up to the first floor to the villas bedrooms each boasting their own en-suite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms (slanted ceiling) each have en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom suite boasts dressing room and en-suite shower room. Finally a further double bedroom has en-suite shower.
Outside extensive lawns give ample space for children to play around. The delightful swimming pool area at the rear of the house has an annexe with barbecue area, open dining/sitting area and fridge, shower and changing room.
An exclusive home for families who wish to come to Mallorca and just relax. Also a fantastic choice for winter months.
