The start of the ring road of the city (connecting all exits of the entire network of roads that converge in Palma from the rest of the island) is located 200m. At the same distance is the access to Calvia-Andratx motorway. 150 m. away is the road along the coast that runs from Palma through St. Agustin, Bendinat, Portals, Palmanova, Santa Ponsa. Parallel to the road is a pedestrian promenade and bikeway.

It consists of three areas: internal (170 m), terraces (100 m) and garden (200m)
The inner area consists of ground floor, open to the various areas of the terrace and garden. It consists of a room with kitchen and eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry and bathroom with glazed stoneware with elements of Majorcan craftsmanship. Upstairs are three bedrooms plus a usable multipurpose room with terrace which can be used as an extra bedroom, an ivory marble bathroom in contemporary style.
