About the property


The property, facing the south and overlooking the sea, sits on a plot adjacent to Can Tapera forest, in a quiet and natural environment. In the vicinity are Marivent (summer residence of the kings), the marina of Cala Nova (150 m) and the Club de Mar, Nautico de Palma and Portals (all in reach of 3 to 5 km.), Golf Bendinat (1 km), Son Vida, Son Muntaner and Son Quint (3 to 4 Km).

The historic town is 5 minutes by car, by bus (bus stops for lines 3, 20 and 4 from the municipal network are just 100 and 150 m away)

The nearest beaches are Cala Nova (150 m), Calamayor (170 m), bouganvillia (250 m) while 3 of Illetas are within 2 km (bus line 3 reaches them)

The closest commercial and day and night entertainment areas just 200m away, while the two most important in Palma are at a distance of 3 and 4 km (Paseo Maritimo in Palma and Portals)

All services offered by the city (doctors, all kinds of shops, restaurants ..) can be found within 200 m. outpatient and Social Security and the sports center

The uniqueness of the situation, is the strength of the house, making the stay suitable for both the classic beach holiday and the cultural city break or playing golf and sailing. It also makes unnecessary the use for private car.


The start of the ring road of the city (connecting all exits of the entire network of roads that converge in Palma from the rest of the island) is located 200m. At the same distance is the access to Calvia-Andratx motorway. 150 m. away is the road along the coast that runs from Palma through St. Agustin, Bendinat, Portals, Palmanova, Santa Ponsa. Parallel to the road is a pedestrian promenade and bikeway.


It consists of three areas: internal (170 m), terraces (100 m) and garden (200m)

The inner area consists of ground floor, open to the various areas of the terrace and garden. It consists of a room with kitchen and eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry and bathroom with glazed stoneware with elements of Majorcan craftsmanship. Upstairs are three bedrooms plus a usable multipurpose room with terrace which can be used as an extra bedroom, an ivory marble bathroom in contemporary style. All rooms have one or two windows overlooking the sea or garden.

The terrace is divided into three areas: clhill out, outdoor dining and barbecue

The garden combines Japanese design with shrubs and fruit trees of Mediterranean type. It has outdoor shower area.


The owner can advise on gastropnomy, itineraries of various kinds and little-known special places, shopping, water sports, as well as any other matters that might be of interest to a specific traveler.

Most wonderful house

We stayed in Ginebra's lovely house for the whole month of June and I can say that we truly enjoyed every moment of the month. The location of the house is perfect, 5min walk to Cala Major beach, 3 min walk to supermarket and restaurants, 3 min to the bus stop where three bus lines drive directly to Palma city centre.

The house itself is just beautiful. Spacious, clean, everything that you need is there. It's exactly as the pictures show, if not even better. Air conditioning in two of the bedrooms was wonderful. The garden was amazing - in three levels with many seating areas. Every night we had barbecue at home and dinner in the outside dinner table. We also had a rented car and the garage that the house has, was a big bonus.

This was one of the best holiday houses we have ever stayed in and I can't recommend this warmly enough. Will defenately return one day.

authentieke woning - rustig gelegen - alles vlot bereikbaar - restaurantjes in de buurt

Leuk verblijf.

Verschillende zithoekjes en terrassen. Vooral dakterras is heel aangenaam met een wijds (zee)zicht. Iets moeilijkere trap naar het dak, maar dat went snel. Bijhorende parking was ook een groot gemak.

Goede busverbinding met Palma.

Rustig gelegen, buiten de drukte van Palma, maar toch alles vlak bij (restaurants, fietsen verhuur, auto verhuur, autostrade, bus, ....).

Besluit: woning en omgeving waren voor ons ideaal.

Klein minpunt: weinig (wijn) glazen, koffiezet ontbreekt.

Die Villa hat sich für uns (3 Generationen) hervorragend geeignet. Die Kinder hatten ausreichend Bewegungsraum, für die ältere Generation war von Kamin über schöne Balkone mit Meerblick und gemütliche Zimmer alles da, was wir uns wünschten. Die Gäste mit mobilen Einschränkungen, angefangen bei Kinderwagen, dürften bei der täglichen Überwindung diverser Stufen, auch auf dem Grundstück, Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir daher in der zugehörigen Garage abstellen. Unser Fazit: für körperlich mobile Gäste in alle Richtungen empfehlenswert! Ruhige, top zentrale Lage, zum Wasser, zum Ortskern, zum Flughafen, in die Berge. Die Vermieterin kümmerte sich sofort bei Fragen und Problemen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Man sollte es vielleicht wissen, dass man mehrere stufen (ca. 60) zu bewältigen hat, ob man zum Stand oder sonst wo hin möchte. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe.

Owner's Response: Thank you for yours nice words towards my house and my person Also I am grateful for the occasion to explain the situation of the house San Agustín's zone thinks between Na Burguesa's hills (that they protect it from the cold wind in winter) and the sea (that adjusts the climate all the year round and provides breeze in summer).In consequence, the relief of the area descends softly up to the seaIn this frame, the house is located in the spurs of the hill, already almost close to the sea Due to the fact that it is in sloping plane it has excellent wiew of the sea from the garden and the terraces, as well as from the interior The street has two pedestrian exits towards the sea. One is a stairs of 19 steps, another exit is a street consisted of approximately 25 steps interhappened by approximately 20 landings, so that between every landing, only it is between 2 and 5 stepsIn addition it is possible to accede in car (and afoot) for a street that is cul of sac (thanks to it it is enjoyed peace and absence of noises) Thank you again and I wait for your visit soon

Happy to recommend this house

Fantastic house and a really nice and helpfull landlady.

The house is very spacious and it had everything we wished for. Close to restaurants and shop. Just s few minutes to the beach and near to the busstop. We would gladly go there again.
