Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.
€5000 cheque on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages 10 days after departure.
Telephone - on request. ADSL and Wi-Fi Internet access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.
Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15 /kwhr. Pool Heating Extra at 300€ per week. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Winter heating and air-conditioning are both included in the price.
Bed Linen & Towels
Bedsheets and Towels are included. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. Linen is changed once a week, more available on request at an additional charge.
End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €200 cash, payable on arrival. Maid Service included: 4 hours each morning, Monday-Friday. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit
Pets are not allowed.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 13.
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
