This beautiful seaside cottage is right in the centre of beautiful Appledore and has pubs restaurants galleries and cafes all within walking distance of the front door. If you like walking access to the South West Coast Path is right outside and Clovelly Bude Ilfracombe and Westward Ho! beaches are all nearby. The shoreline with its rock pools and sandy stretches are just a stroll away from the cottage and The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor are all within easy reach. The cottage is spread over three floors and offers three bedrooms for six people. On the first floor is one king-size bedroom with both sea and river views; there is also a twin bedroom on this floor. On the second floor there is one double bedroom with sea and river views as well as an en-suite shower and WC. A communal bathroom can be found on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. There is also a WC on the ground floor in the utility room where there is a washer/dryer and sink. The lounge offers a cosy wood burner with the first basket of logs included comfortable sofas a TV and Smart DVD player. If you are a group who loves to cook the open-plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside the kitchen bi-folding doors you will find a south facing courtyard with an outdoor shower tap seating area and BBQ. There is free roadside parking nearby the cottage and a pay and display carpark nearby. Bicycles kayaks and surfboards can also be stored in the courtyard.
