The brand-new kitchen and breakfast bar is fully equipped with all new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and induction hob. Toaster, kettle, cafetière. Beautiful cutlery (in the drawer above the pans) crockery and plenty of glasses, pots and pans!

The bathroom has a twin head Shower with teak seat and underfloor heating.

Beautiful oak floors throughout and oak doors combine with excellent LED lighting make this a bright and airy luxury apartment

The apartment is less than 100 yards from the river and close to Westminster (for Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben) Buckingham Palace, Victoria, Belgravia, Kings Road & Chelsea.

Why Kate Preston chose Westminster and West End

The apartment is on the lower ground floor of our London home. Pimlico has a great range of shops and restaurants with Sloane Square & Kings Road nearby. The River Thames & the embankment is at the end of the road. An easy walk (15 minutes) to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament, Chelsea and Kings Road, Buckingham Palace. London open top tourist buses (covering all the great sights, museums etc) leave from Victoria which is just 5 minutes away.

Perfect vacation: a lovely apartment in a convenient location

Glad I selected Kate's and Don's apartment. Truly hospitable hosts, willing to assist at any time, and handle my multiple sightseeing questions with patience and professionalism.

The cute apartment is in a convenient location, close to a bus, and a short (10 min or so) walk to Pimlico tube station.

The apartment itself (while not huge) is more than enough for a family of 4 (2 plus 2 teens), with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in a living room. The kitchen is nicely equipped, and we only wish we could have stayed longer than a week!

Ultimately, a good choice, and Kate and Don made our vacation special with the warm welcome (personal greeting with scones, clotted cream and preserves), and their willingness to help.

Perfect, clean and modern. Great central London location.

Kate was really welcoming and told us everything we needed to know. The flat is well-equipped with everything you need and food shops are in walking distance. Very comfortable flat and perfect for our weekend in London. Would highly recommend this flat and would definitely book again.

Good location and welcoming host

Since this was my family's first trip we were anxious, but Kate greeted us with scones and helpful information. The flat is located in a safe and convenient area especially when using bus or train transportation. She is trustworthy and I would recommend renting this flat and through her. My family had a wonderful stay in London!

Really great flat in a great location and wonderful host

Stayed here with my son. The beds are very comfortable, bathroom has a powerful shower, very well equipped kitchen ample seating and large TV made this a real home from home.

Flat is in a good location lots of local shops and eating options also good public transport links.

Thanks so much for the scones a delicious treat.

Beautiful, clean apartment with the kindest landlord in London!

The apartment is in a great location for accessing the best London has to offer. The owner, Kate, greater us at the door and had freshly made scones, jam, and clotted cream waiting for us! The apartment was super clean and had every amenity a person could wish for. We absolutely loved EVERYTHING Kate and her apartment!
