superb cottage with nice view

  • 5 of 5

beautyful cottage. furniture and decoration in a nice and tasteful modern style. very comfortable, good showers and suuuperrrrclean. and it all looks like it is brandnew.

everything is there: games, books, fast wifi, big tv, all the needs for cooking and baking.

the view from the garden is stunning. the road before the house is quiet, not much traffic. and the house is well isolated too. we didn’t notice storm ‘ophelia’ passing.

A lovely, neat, well-equipped cottage!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our long-weekend stay at Ben View. The bottle of delicious red waiting for us upon our arrival was the cherry on top of an already delicious cake. Absolutely everything we could have needed was available and the location is brilliant. We will definitely look at future availability - thank you so much!

Beautiful cozy cottage surrounded by stunning mountains and rolling hills.

  • 4 of 5

Cozy cottage with beautiful views. Fireplace worked well and it was a perfect size for 4 adults. The town has a small grocery store and a lovely cafe where you can get delicious scones and coffee (Crafts & Things). Would definitely come back for a visit!

Beautiful and peaceful.

What a lovely welcoming property. Suitably "out of the way" from local hustle and bustle. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Beautiful views from the back. Ben View, indeed! Highly recommended.

Clean and cozy house, good location

  • 5 of 5

In August we spent a lovely week in this clean and cozy cottage. And even though the street is close to the house, this did not disturb our sleep. We always enjoyed coming back to "our" holiday home after long days out and about. (The only minor disturbance was the loud fan in the bathroom, which unfortunately is connected to the light switch. But we assume this can be fixed...)

The location is great for dicovering this part of the Highlands, with Fort William and many other sights closeby, also well suited for people who love hiking and spending the days in the lovely nature, which surrounds the cottage.

Thank you for having us!

Best wishes,

Christine and family

Ben View has the added bonus of having direct access to the Sustrans Cycle Route 78, The Caledonia Way - Oban to Fort William. This is not only great for cyclists, but an ideal for families with young children or someone looking for a more gentle walk. As it offers well maintained path on a relatively flat route through the magnificent country side.
