With water, electricity, gas, cable tv, internet + Wi-Fi.

With all that is required for a stay in complete comfort, well located in quiet area with easy parking at the door. Situated in Arrifes, municipality of Ponta Delgada.

By car, it is 2 minutes from the health center, pharmacy, post office, gas station, restaurants, cafes, butcher, banks and commerce in general; 3 minutes from the airport and the Atlantic Park; 4 minutes of Ponta Delgada center.

On foot, is 2 minutes from Full House supermarket (including bakery, butcher and take away).

The daily value is 39 EUR / day / couple (2 persons) / for stays of 4 or more days.

The minimum stay is 4 nights.

For stays up to 3 nights, the daily value, plus € 7 / day.

For each extra person (in addition to the two mentioned) plus € 7 / day.

The daily value, plus 15 euros / day for the period between May 15 and September 15 (except August).

The daily value plus 20 euros / day during the month of August.

Our stay in Arrifes (Ponta Delgada)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Hideway Lodge hosted by Mr & Mrs Lupercio and Marcia. The apartment is north east of Ponta Delgada and offers views of the ocean and Santa Maria island from the front porch. Marcia suggested renting a car, but we were both shy to drive the narrow streets so we opted for public transport. Bus is west of the apartment (http://www.azoresapi.com/en/schedules/bus/?conteudo=horario) best route is 303 Ponta Delgada - Quartel, perhaps a 10 minute walk. There is a supermarket nearby, less then 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean and cheerful and comfortable. The only sound we heard in the evening was birds and crickets. We enjoyed our stay. Marcia was gracious to arrange for 6 am taxi for our return flight to Lisbon. Thank you for having us.

PERFEITO E ÚNICO

Desde o primeiro contacto com o Sr. Lupércio até à saída do alojamento mostrou ser sempre muito atencioso, hospitaleiro, simpático, educado, e sempre preocupado para que tudo estivesse do nosso agrado. Fez-nos sentir em casa e totalmente apoiados.

De referir que ainda nos facilitou no check in e check out.

Relativamente ao alojamento, foi sem dúvida a melhor opção. Viajei com os meus pais e seguramente este alojamento trouxe algo que o hotel nunca nos poderia oferecer, o ambiente mais familiar e intimista.

A casa muito cuidado e limpa, um t2 com quartos amplos, e uma decoração mais recente e viva. A cozinha totalmente equipada com frigorífico, maquina de lavar roupa, fogão, microondas, cafeteira, torradeira, etc etc.

Todos os utensílios necessários estavam na cozinha para fazer as refeições. Na zona/sala de convívio tem um sofa e uma cadeira para assistir tv com canais por cabo e zona de internet gratuita. Casa de banho espaçosa e bem decorada e equipada.

Por fim, um terraço onde pode fazer refeições no exterior, apanhar um pouco de sol e ate com zona protegida para a roupa secar.

A localização é numa zona calma, sem ruído, com vista para o oceano. O unico ruido que apresenta é pela manhã quando aparece a venda ambulante de pão, bolos, fruta e vegetais! Que bem nos soube os bolos! :D

Tem a poucos metros um supermercado casa cheia, bomba combustível repsol, multibancos, e até takeaway no supermercado sol mar, tudo na localidade. Acesso a via rápida e aeroporto em 5 min.

Resumindo, nunca será pelo alojamento t2 que as férias não vão correr bem. Aconselharei vivamente a todos os meus amigos e conhecidos e com a certeza que a regressar aqui ficarei.

Nice, Clean Apartment. Basic but all you need is there. Quiet erea!

Nice owner, she even picked us up to follow her car to the apartment. Apartment is close to city and airport. Both in about 10 minutes drive.

The only "noise" we heard in the apartment where the high heels from the owner of the apartment above. So we had very good sleeping nights. Beds are "simple", we did feel the springs, but we put some extra blankets between the matrass and the linen and that solved the "problem".

So if you want to stay close to the city and do not want to spent a lot of money this apartment is very good option. Especially when you plan to be outside most of the time, because sofa(bed) and chairs are not that comfortable but good enough to sit +/- 1,5 hours.

Kitchen and washing machine are good, dishes etc where clean. Bathroom was clean as well.

Lage, Ausstattung, Vermieter: TOP! / Location, furnishing, renter: TOP!

Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Reaktion war immer schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass sie sehr daran interessiert waren, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt haben.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Super ausgestattet sogar mit Balkon und Badewanne. Ist insgesamt ansprechend eingerichtet, groß und sehr sauber.

Gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal auf die Azoren fliegen :)

Renters are very friendly, were answering very fast and always ready to help. They were really interested in giving us a nice stay.

The apartment has everything you need during your holiday. It's well equipped even with balcony and bathtub. It's a beautiful apartment, big and very clean.

If we come back, we would love to rent it again :)

No estuvimos en el apartamento de las fotos, nos mandó a otro y éste estaba bien pero la.decoración un poco desfasada. Las almohadas muy duras. Por lo demás está cerca de Ponta Dlegada en coche, a unos 10 minutos.

Located in central but very quiet, easy access to highway that allows you to visit nature in its fullest beauty and splendor, lakes, natural and forest parks, caves, spas, beaches, swimming pools, make hiking trails, all it visits -Land, whale watching and birds, have diverse nightlife and cuisine truly delicious, etc ... Being an island is all very close and access is facilitated and so that they can enjoy all this in full will be accommodated very comfortably and everything needed to restore body and mind.
