The finca is set within 35,000 metres of almond and fruit trees all walled, and electric gated land with spectacular views of the Tramutana mountains. The house has 5 double rooms all with en-suite. A family bathroom is also available on the ground floor. There are 3 reception rooms, upstairs lounge, large dining room and entrance lounge. A fully fitted out kitchen with all amenities, laundry room, internet access, English/German TV and CD players make this a good house to unwind and relax. There is a good size pool, with a shaded gazebo and many terraces to enjoy the views. As the finca is 200 years old and built with metre thick stone walls it remains cool in the summer. A short walk to the village bars and shops. A 5 minutes drive to Inca with the islands largest weekly market. Only 20 minutes to Pollenca beach and golf course makes this a great location to walk, cycle, or just relax and enjoy the island.
A large garage is available for bike store and indoor table tennis.
November is a good time to visit with may village fairs being held , with Caimari Olive fair being one of the best
The house will be cleaned on arrival. Stays of two weeks will be cleaned and beds changed on the middle Saturday. A mid week clean and towel change is available on request.
