From the terrace, panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding wilderness.

Access by private road.

Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, facing the sunrise over the sea.

In the evening, freshly, enjoy the barbecue on the large terrace with sea views.

The location and layout of the house makes it very pleasant to live. We take full advantage of the sea and its privileged location in a peaceful setting.

Nearby you will find: 3 restaurants with terrace, a grocery store, a bazaar-souvenirs-beach items, a bus stop, a taxi station. On the beach: a nautical club with rental of zodiacs, sailboats, catamarans.

The beach is very beautiful, gently sloping, with transparent water, ideal for young children. Many hiking trails exist around, in the pine forests and coves.

The house is 15 minutes from Ibiza town. Taxi station and bus shuttle to Ibiza at 100 m from the house. Free parking in front of the house.

Are available: washing machine, dish washing machine, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, kettle, pressure cooker etc. etc. Bed linen, towels, towels, tea towels, tablecloths .... provided.

Baby cots, stroller, baby bath, chamber pot and car booster are available on request. Library for adults and children. Toys for the beach for children.

A lady of confidence (MARISOL) makes the welcome and manages the daily in case of problems with the house.

About Claudie PONSICH ERNWEIN

the "finca" was bought in 1960 by my parents when she had no electricity, running water or toilets. They fell in love with the view from the 200 year old finca. The ground was clay, water had to be fetched from the well, lit by the lantern. At that time the hippies of California bought the fincas of peasants and carts drawn by horses. The "finca" became our "family home". We have improved from year to year respecting the ibicenco style. It has become a peaceful house, cool in summer, tempered in winter. The spring in Ibiza is beautiful, flowery. The inhabitants are adorable. The island is cosmopolitan.

We rent it because it is an old house close to the sea and must always be maintained. Our parents are dead, we strive to continue their task: to welcome our families, friends, to share with others the benefits of the sea. We did not want to put a pool to avoid the risk of drowning for young children . All equipment for young children has been put on site. Ibiza represents for us the importance of social life, celebration, outdoor life, simplicity and peace

What makes this house unique

t's a delight, a luxury, to have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, before the sunrise over the sea.. But also a delight to take the aperitif and candlelight dinner on the large terrace. The calm, the silence, the MAGNIFICENT sight on the sea and on the salt marshes, the insulation, the freshness of the house and the still airy terrace, the magnificence of the beach in the morning at sunrise, where the sea is calm, translucent, warm. The house is relaxing because it has walls of 10 wide which protect from the heat and freshness. It is very close to the city of Ibiza where it is good to live in the Spanish fashion. The people are nice, warm.

This house sheltered from the beach and the hectic life of ibiza allows to rest of the heat, the brightness, the sunburns, the tourists of the island. It is close to everything and allows all age groups to live well together without disturbing and spend a real holiday. It allows especially to live all day and part of the night outside. The beauty of the landscape according to the hours, the silence, the tranquility, are its strong points. It is the family home of rest and community life.

Maison de vacances pleine de charme une vraie maison de vacances

Idéalement placée près de l aéroport mais sans aucune nuisances a 2 minutes a pied de la plage des salines et près de la ville

C'est une authentique finca ibicenca qui a plus de 100 ans et nous y avons des souvenirs de famille merveilleux depuis 50 ans. Mes parents l'ont achetée dans les années 60, du temps des hippies de san Francisco. Il n'y avait ni eau ni electricité. Nous l'avons peu à peu rénovée. C'est devenu notre paradis familial, notre havre de paix. Il y a dans ces lieux une beauté sereine qui apaise. Merci a vous et soyez les bienvenus l'année prochaine!

Très belle maison bien placée

Maison très bien placée, près de l'aéroport mais sans être dérangés par les avions, très pratique surtout quand on arrive le soir.

A 10mn du centre d'Ibiza en voiture.

Nous pouvons descendre à la mer à pied, vraiment très agréable.

Les chambres sont belles, 2 chambres sont très grandes, donnant sur une belle terrasse.

La grande terrasse à l'entrée est vraiment magnifique, comme on vit dehors, c'est vraiment agréable.

Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Des vacances inoubliables

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux d'une semaine entre amis. Le cadre est idéal, à 100 m d'une belle plage , au calme et très proche du centre d'ibiza. La terrasse et sa vue est si agréable qu'il est parfois difficile de trouver le courage de sortir découvrir l'ile.

A notre arrivée, Claudie la propriétaire des lieux nous a accueillis avec la plus grande sympathie, nous indiquant toute les commodités de la villa puis s'en est allée en préservant notre intimité.

A refaire entre amis mais aussi en famille avec des enfants.

Go to the New Market of Ibiza, in the city center, at the end of the Canaries street, in front of the Red Cross on the avenue of Spain. You will find fresh and cheap fishing products, fruits and vegetables of the island. But also typical little bars with delicious tapas, around the market. Go see the Hippy Market in San Juan. Check out the sunset at Cape Beniras or di Falco all near the house. The restaurants of Ibiza are cheap and good. Go to Bar San Juan in Ibiza, delicious cheap Spanish cuisine, or Bar Anita in San Carlos.
