A bright and newly refurnished apartment with a large sun lit terrace looking over the absolutely beautiful pool in Aldea Blanca. Aldea Blanca is a condominium set in an award winning mature tropical garden. Between the exotic palm trees and the largest of the four luxurious swimming pools is our humble and calming ground floor apartment. The terrace, fully equipped with dining table, lounge sofa and sundeck chairs, has its own gate that requires just a few steps until you can plunge into the clear water. The living room consists of a dining table for six, a TV corner and a large window lit lounging area with a door opening up to the terrace. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort with dishwasher, laundry machine and much more. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the larger of the two having an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

The apartment has international TV and high speed internet via fiber.

Aldea Blanca is gated with 24 hour security.

The apartment is just a ten minute stroll away from the beach and Centro Plaza, the closest commercial shopping centre, is even less than that. A hundred metres outside the gate there are restaurants and shops open from early mornings to late evenings to satisfy your sweet tooth, dry throat and empty stomach.

Our Apartment Is registered with the Junta de Andalusia as an approved Holiday letting apartment, Ref CTC-201641914. As required by law.

Absolutely fantastic, can't wait to return!

Thank you Mari and Kent for allowing us to stay in your stunning apartment. The pictures drew us to choose this rental and they don't lie. The decor is superb and very luxurious, a real treat in a holiday rental, the kitchen is amazing with everything you could possibly need and more, the quality of the equipment is top class. We loved the outside terrace, really comfortable sun beds, but best of all the sofas that we lounged on, reading our books all day just occasionally wandering down the private garden path to the fabulous pool.

The location is excellent with just a few minutes walk to many excellent amenities, the Saturday market held in the Central Plaza was great, a lovely atmosphere and the Marina in Puerta Banuss was amazing, we spent many hours people, yacht and fast car watching.

Silvia and Alex were great in arranging our taxi transfers and Carlos, the taxi driver, was really helpful and made sure key collection and return was easy.

This was our favourite rental holiday so far and we can't wait to return.

Beautiful setting fantastic apartment

My first holiday abroad for 20 years and we couldn’t have chosen anything better x the apartment is everything and more than we could have asked for and the grounds and pool area are stunning . It took us a day to find our way out of the complex ha ha but once we had, the options to eat and drink and shop were endless if not a bit hilly but worked off the calories , and taxis to Marbella and San Pedro were very cheap and easy to get off the rank over the hill . Alex was a star arranging transfers to and from the Airport. All in all a perfect holiday thank you x

Amazing holiday in beautiful apartment

We are just back from our first visit to Nueva Andalucia and this is one of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in. The apartment was very tidy and has absolutely everything you could possibly need in it. The complex is really pretty and is kept spotlessly clean and the largest pool is literally on your doorstep - whilst you are not overlooked should you want to stay on your own patio rather than sunbathing or swimming at the pool areas. We didn't hire a car as wanted a complete rest from driving whilst we were away but the apartments are situated within easy walking distance (5 mins) of a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars and there's lots of choice with regards types of food to eat. Should you prefer to eat in, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there are at least two supermarkets within 5 mins walk. We walked into Puerto Banus a couple of times which is busy and much livelier and there is a fabulous beach there and every type of restaurant you can think of as well as many designer shops, awesome boats and amazing cars! We have two children who were delighted to take advantage of the great Wi-Fi in the apartment and there are many TV channels offering movies for entertainment. There is a Market on a Saturday which is just 2 mins walk away and great for bargains. If like us you don't want to hire a car the transfer from the airport is between 45 mins - 1hr but we had smooth transfers both ways. We were only there for 1 week and felt like there is still lots more to discover (found two more restaurants nearby on the day we were leaving) and we will most definitely be going back next year (and hopefully for many years to come).

Perfect property for a family, excellent pool and short walk to beach. We had an amazing holiday!

This was our first holiday abroad and we searched a long time for the perfect property to suit our family, we finally found it in this property.

Let me first highlight that Mari was very supportive and answered every email query and concern that I raised. There is a pdf file that was supplied prior to our trip that had all the information about the property and surrounding area. This was really useful.

The property itself is spacious and was very comfortable. The terrace area was great and the awning provided some much needed shade, when needed. It was also a great space for breakfast and dinners.

There are local supermarkets that were very convenient as we chose not to get a car and stocked everything you’d expect.

There are also restaurants in the central plaza, but we found that Casa Italia was our favourite, which is a family run restaurant and the staff were really friendly and the food was delicious.

The beach was a short walk away (the map Mari provided was very useful the first time). It also was a great run route along to the harbour and beyond.

So after a day at the beach, we’d head back to ‘home’ and spend time at the pool, which was never overly busy. The surrounding gardens to the property were well kept and there is a support team in block 13 that were very helpful, especially for arranging taxis.

We had a great holiday and the property was a home from home for the 10 nights that we stayed there.

Thanks Mari, we had a great holiday with some great memories and for those looking for a great place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough.

Changeover Day:

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
