Villa PAZHAR in Costa Teguise for 10 persons with pool, terrace, garden, balcony, views to the ocean, views of the volcanoes, WIFI and less than 1000m to the sea. Beautiful 6 bedroomed, 2 storey villa situated in a quiet residential area next to the 18 hole golf course at Costa Teguise. The resort centre and beaches are just a 5 minute drive away.
There is gated access to the property from the road with ample parking for more than 6 cars.
Leading off from the lovely light hallway is the lounge with air-conditioning unit, corner sofa, dining table, flat screen television, satellite tv (limited channels) and DVD player, with windows overlooking the pool area. There are doors through to the second lounge / games room with air-conditioning unit, sofas, flat screen television, DVD player and for the more energetic amongst you a table tennis table. There is also a children's table and stools and a selection of board games. Double doors lead out to the pool and BBQ area.
On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. There is a table and chairs also in the kitchen and a central island which provide ample workspace. There is a washing machine in a separate utility area.
To the other side of the hallway you will find 3 bedrooms, one kingsize comprising of 2 single mattresses with a large dressing room, one twin room and one single room. There is a family shower room and there is also a second shower, toilet and sink on this floor located in the utility room.
A beautiful staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 3 further bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has doors leading out to the roof terrace with double bed, dressing room and ensuite shower room. There is also a twin room and a single room sharing a family bathroom.
From the landing there are doors leading out onto the fabulous large terrace with views inland and across the golf course and also to the sea.
Back downstairs from the hallway there are French doors leading out to the large private terrace and pool area with a beautiful electrically heated pool (size approximately 11m x 4m, depth ranging approximately from 1.2m to 1.6m). Pool heating is provided at a cost of £100 per week. At one end of the pool there is a shallow area ideal for little ones. Comfy sofas are situated on each side of the doors overlooking the pool.
For the chef of the family there is a Canarian BBQ and an outside table with large parasol for shade.
WiFi is available with this villa at no extra cost.
A Playstation or Wii (€150 refundable deposit paid locally) with pack of 5 games available to hire at €10 per week paid locally. The east coast is touched by some of the more spectacular beaches, such as Quemada Beach, close to the more elegant Harbour of Puerto Calero, known for welcome ones of the best fish restaurant of the island.
Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen represent the more touristic areas with relaxing beaches untouched by the wind and a chilly nightlife, with a multitude of bars, restaurants,for all tastes.
Puerto del Carmen has a very long sandy beach with a gentle slope into the sea. It is safe for bathers of all ages, including children. Behind the beach is the main thoroughfare - over a mile of busy shops, restaurants and bars, with many holiday villas and apartment blocks sitting behind these.
