Whole house with garden small sea view from the terrace and sea view rooms. House very clear and bright exposed south, terrace 24m2, garden, parking spaces. Quiet area close to shops: pharmacy, Intermarché. Access by a coastal path to the beach of Tresmeur and the marina. Access to the shops on foot.

Ideally located 10km from Perros-Guirec and its beautiful Pink Granite coast, Trégastel, Pleumeur-Bodou with its Cité des Télécoms (Radome, Planetarium), 10km from Lannion.

You can walk to the port of Trébeurden and its beach Tresmeur where you will find water activities, games for children ... Free show once a week for children: festival "place aux mômes" and show (fest-noz or concert) free every Wednesday evening at the port of Trebeurden.
All surrounding municipalities also offer free concerts once a week and a free show for children once a week.
