Our new 2 bedroom, 3 bath Craftsman home is located in the heart of Oakland’s Rockridge area. It is a charming walk friendly neighborhood which has ample restaurants, markets, boutique shops, and many modes of public transportation. Rockridge has a blend of urban action yet still maintains a friendly neighborhood with a welcoming sense of community. Our Gary Parsons designed home has 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs (including a deep soaking tub) and a vaulted ceiling, light filled master suite.

Enjoyed Christmas and New Years in Rockridge!

We have stayed at Ed’s lovely home several times and always enjoyed it. Rockridge is a wonderful, vibrant neighborhood. Ed’s home is situated right off College Ave and very close to where our daughter’s family lives. We kitchen is well appointed and TV etc work great. We unreservedly recommend this lovely VRBO.

New house; great location

All new and very clean. Excellent location near all the restaurants and shops of College Avenue, in Rockridge. Ed was a super host, responded quickly every time we contacted him. This was our 2nd stay at this lovely home.

Wonderful Rockridge Home

Conflicted about writing a review because I want it to be available the next time we visit Rockridge. This is head and shoulders above other homes we’ve visited. Spacious, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you need in a great location.

Gem of a home in Rockridge!

We have stayed at Ed’s lovely home multiple times, and each time we comment how much we enjoy it. It is perfect in every way: wonderful neighborhood (restaurants, coffee shops, book stores etc) super comfortable home (clean, nice furnishings, including cookware, appliances, great showers and bathrooms in general, good wifi.) Ed is a wonderful host, super helpful if you have questions but otherwise makes you feel like it’s your home while you’re there. Suffice it to say, we’ve already made our next reservation.

Have lived in Berkeley/Oakland since 1982 and currently live in the new ADU behind the new Airbnb House. I absolutely love being in this neighborhood, and I spend a lot of time bike riding in the hills east of Oakland and fishing/surfing in the Bay/Ocean.
