Deer Valley Stonebridge Serenity is situated in the lower Deer Valley area and offers one of the best locations in the area. This townhome is located on Deer Valley Drive and just a mile to either Deer Valley Resort or Park City Town Lift/Historic Main Street. You will be right on the free shuttle route that will whisk you to just about any area destination, including the resorts, Kimball Junction and more.

This unit offers 1,950 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, over three levels. The property can easily accommodate eight guests in comfort.

Enter the home from the garage, and into the first level mudroom. The short flight of stairs will then take you to the second level, where you will find the main living area offering the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This space is open and airy with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows.

Living Room: Leather furniture including a sleeper sofa with a comfortable air mattress furnish this space. You'll also enjoy a cozy gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. There's lots natural light and views from the numerous large floor-to-ceiling windows.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space is fully equipped and features new high-end stainless steel appliances including a gas range, granite countertops and all the utensils and equipment needed to create delicious meals. The kitchen bar with seating for four is a great place to chat with the chef or have a quick snack.

Dining Room: Seating for up to eight guests. The adjacent patio has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ.

Grand Master bedroom (third level) — King size bed, Smart TV. The private bath offers dual sinks, walk-in closet, large tile shower. The adjacent private patio offers outdoor furnishings and a soothing hot tub. Master bedroom 2 (main level) – King size bed, 40” Smart TV, private bathroom with shower. Private access to full shared bathroom with a large tiled shower.

Bedroom 3 (lower level) — Two twin beds, 32” Smart TV. The private bathroom offers stone counter tops and a tub/shower combo.

Great location...well appointed

Very comfortable, superior quality. Two couples skiing for a few days and this was exactly what we needed. All as advertised, would definitely recommend or stay again.

Beautiful Fall Weekend Staycation

We stayed at the condo while my parents were in town and our house in Park City was on the market. It was a great get away and perfect space for all of us. It was quiet and peaceful - just what we needed. We had one slight issue at check in because the garage code did not work but the property manager was able to reset it remotely and things were smooth sailing from there.

Summer Getaway

Extremely happy with this rental. It was perfect for our family of 6, 4 of which were young adults. 10 min walk to Main Street, quiet to sleep in, private jacuzzi we fit in comfortably, comfy beds, great appliances and bbq to cook at home, nice bathrooms. Only issue we had was management did not supply us with or mention there was a garage door code to get in to the supplied house code. Figured it all out.

Great location & property

Ideal location between downtown PC and Deer Valley. Very comfortable for a family of six. Hot tub is great after skiing. Being on the bus route makes transportation easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
