Fill up on nature in a renovated 19th century thatched cottage, offering modern comfort and traditional charm in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park!
The gîte, classified Furnished with Tourism 3 *, is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate 4 people. Babies and young children are also welcome. The 400 m² enclosed garden with a play frame and 2 sheltered terraces will allow you to spend pleasant moments.
On the ground floor, you will find: A very bright living room of 32 m² including the living room (table with 4 chairs, shelving unit with reading for young and old, tourist documentation and some board games), the living room (sofa, coffee table, TV with DVD player, WiFi access) and fully equipped and fitted kitchen area (hotplates with extractor hood, combined oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, sufficient dishes, etc. …), A bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. An independent W. C.
Upstairs you will find: A bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 wardrobe. One bedroom with 2 single beds and storage shelves, a W.C. Complete equipment allows us to accommodate very young children (travel cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, potty and WC reducer, baby monitor, security barrier).
For your comfort, beds can be made on arrival, by renting sheets and towels. A cleaning package will also be offered to you at the end of your stay. Non-smoking area inside the cottage. Parties and evenings not allowed. No animals.
Outside, you will have access to a sheltered terrace with garden table and 6 chairs, parasol, barbecue available and storage chest with outdoor games as well as a garden furniture. You will also have access to an independent garden of 400 m² with playset (slide, 2 swings, 1 of which is for babies and a rope ladder). Private parking. The cottage is adjoining the owners' home, but complete independence and privacy is preserved ...
Located in a hamlet in the heart of the Brière, the cottage also allows you to enjoy beautiful walks on site (hiking and biking trails nearby). Some sites and activities to discover within the Brière Regional Natural Park: the Briéronne cottage on the island of Fédrun in St Joachim, the Rozé bird sanctuary in St Malo de Guersac, the typical village of Kerhinet in St Lyphard but also a barge ride on the Brière marsh, etc. The cottage is ideally located for exploring the seaside: La Baule and its famous bay, Guérande with its medieval town and its salt marshes, St Nazaire and its port city, the Presqu Guérandaise Island (Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, La Turballe, Piriac, etc…) but also La Roche-Bernard and the Gulf of Morbihan to the north, Nantes 1 hour away and, passing the St Nazaire bridge, to the south the Côte de Jade and its beaches (St Brévin, Pornic, etc…).
