Privately owned, recently refurbished, 3rd floor apartment on an established, gated holiday ownership complex with excellent facilities. Pueblo Evita is popular with both families and couples, with a high percentage of visitors returning year after year.

The complex has 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated swimming pool (open from November for the winter), and a jacuzzi. There is a clubhouse with a cafe bar/restaurant next to the lower pool, which is open from 10am daily offering food and drinks, and excellent daily and evening family entertainment throughout the summer months. There is also an onsite pub, and launderette. The large local Mercadona supermarket is nearby, and there are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk, and the award winning Marina is about 1.5km away. Benalmadena Pueblo with it’s traditional white-washed Spanish houses and lovely square is just a short taxi ride away, and Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Marbella and Puerto Banus can all be visited easily via the excellent train and bus services. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is just over an hours drive away.

Other nearby attractions include Tivoli World Amusement Park, Sea Life Centre, Water Park and the Cable Car from which you can admire the spectacular views of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and an L-shaped sofa that converts to a double bed in the lounge. New air-conditioning is fitted in the lounge and both bedrooms.

There is a newly renovated bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A hairdryer is also provided.

There is a flat-screen television with satellite channels (including BBC1, ITV, Sky News, Sky Sports 1) and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment, and the complex offers free Wi-Fi in selected areas close to the downstairs pool and children’s play area. There is also a selection of board games available in the apartment.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, including a new full size oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave. For indoor dining there is a table and 4 chairs.

The outside balcony space is lovely, with sea view and all day sunshine. There is a table and 6 chairs with a parasol for al fresco dining, and an easy seating area with a sofa, 2 chairs and a small drinks table. There is also a built in BBQ.

Bed linen, bath/hand towels and beach towels are provided.

Pueblo Evita is an Andalucian-style resort. The apartment is located on the third floor and has lovely sea views. Due to the typical Andalucian village architecture, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are many steps around the complex and no lifts.

Golf: The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise, there are some 72 golf courses in Andalucia , of which 45 are situated along the Costa del Sol , four of those are ranked in the top 10 in Europe.

Skiing : Sierra Nevada skiing is approx.2 hours away by car. As one of Europe's highest resorts it typically has a long season, starting late Nov and running through to end Apr. Sierra Nevada means 'Snowy Mountain Range', and it includes some of the highest peaks in Europe.

Most houghtful apartment

We have just returned from a fantastic week at the Pueblo Evita and I have to say it’s the most thoughtful apartment we have ever stayed in, a real home from home!!! Every home comfort you could have wished for was available to you from luxurious beds to cutlery and everything in between and I have to agree with earlier reviewers in that the photographs do not do it justice! There are plenty of beach towels for you to use, which isn’t the norm in the majority of apartments. The apartment is clean and well looked after. The balcony provides you with a great view over the complex and resort and is a sun trap all day long and wonderfully furnished with comfortable seating and dining areas. The wifi connectivity was great and we never had a problem using the internet. Air conditioning is provided is every room and it’s something that you are thankful of in July!!!

The complex itself is excellent for families and pool areas is well appointed with a decent size pool and plenty of sunbeds. The clubhouse on site provides excellent food, both traditional and modern.

Fantastic apartment

Travelers 2 adults and 1 12 year old girl.

We all thought the apartment was fantastic. As we normally stay in hotels it was great to have the space of two bedrooms and a living room but also the fabulous balcony. It really was perfect for us, the complex had everything we needed, the pool area was great and we had some excellent meals at various restaurants in the area and Sams bar, on site was great too.

Contact and payment with Loraine was easy and we were met by Gillian at the apartment on arrival who was also great with us and very helpful.

The whole holiday was really enjoyable and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment!

We had a great week at this two bedroom clean and well equipped apartment which includes beach towels and dressing gowns also with large sun trap balcony and BBQ!

The apartment is on a secure complex with 3 pools, jacuzzi and eateries. The beautiful golden sands were a very pleasant 10 minute stroll passing many supermarkets and restaurants with something for everyone. The harbour was about 20 mins walk and was really lovely to visit.

The description of the apartment does it no justice at all in reality it is much better.

The apartment was very clean so was linen and towels,Gillian and her husband were really friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them.There was sun on the terrace all day and the view was amazing,in all honesty i can say that this was the best apartment that we have stayed in since we have started coming to Spain.I would highly recommend you stay there you wont regret it we have not

and would definitely stay again.

Perfect find ☀️

The apartment and location was as described in the advert and very accurate. Loraine the owner was very quick to get back to me with any questions I had before we booked and the booking process was very easy. We were met on arrival by the delightful Gillian and 'El Sid' that talked us through everything in the apartment and explained where everything was - pools, clubhouse, reception etc. The apartment has a lovely large lounge area and gorgeous big balcony and it was in a quiet location too. It was well maintained, extremely clean, tidy and very airy. Lots of everyday bits and bobs were supplied, so as we run out we just replaced items. There is a built in bbq on the balcony but we ate out every night so we didn't use it. The air con in every room is a godsend and the beds were very comfy with lovely crisp white sheets and duvets. They also supplied towels and beach towels which was great thinking and less for us to pack!

The beach is only about a 10 minute walk away and we got beds on the beach everyday and then used the pools on the way back as they were open till 8pm. Showers and toilets poolside were great and spotlessly clean as is the clubhouse. Good food in the clubhouse with great service by Eduardo and team but it's worth exploring. We alternated breakfast between the clubhouse, the vintage cafe just down the slope and McDonald's on the beach front, it's the first time we've had McDonald's on any holiday but it has the best view of any we've been too!! We went to Malaga on the train for a few euros each which we all enjoyed very much and the Marina there is definItely worth a visit, but we loved the old town too and it was buzzing on a Saturday with lots of weddings in the Town Hall to watch. The open top hop off and on bus was good value too and a chance to just see what was around the area of Benalmadena. Fuengirola market is also worth a trip too.

I would thoroughly recommend this property and we can't wait to go back, it had everything we needed. The only thing I would mention is it has a fair few steps up to the apartment, and not everyone would be able to manage it, but there was plenty of places to stop and get your breath and have a rest, and after a few jugs of sangria you didn't really notice as much!! A wonderful holiday - thank you.

Our family (we and our daughter 17 years old) has had a wonderful rest in Pueblo Evita within fortnight in late August. Gillian who showed apartment, gave detailed explanation and answered our questions welcomed us. Apartment shifted all our expectations. There were bright rooms with big comfortable beds, wardrobes with a lot of coat racks.

We have had all needed for staying and even more: reserve of bedclothes, three big towels for each of us and also beach towels (!!!), plaids, pillows. Cuisine zone fully equipped crockery, glasses, goblets, tissues, coffee and tea. Fridge was very useful to cool drinks. We have had all needed to wash clothes or to sew up them. Wifi connection was perfect. Conditioning system installed in each room gave us comfort whole day.

Our daughter enjoyed with being in the main basin area where atmosphere was rather fan. We preferred the on roof basin with calm area and picturesque views and fresh breeze, sunbeds always available and bar with very friendly barman. For cool season, they have internal basin and whirlpool. There is store Mercadona nearby where the delicious deserts are sailed. There is little problem with parking in the high season but we were advised about solution by Gillian. Way to the seashore and the beach takes about seven minutes of walk. Many good restaurants are around. We preferred the Pizza Fresca where we always were warmly welcomed. Many easily available attractions are around our staying place: Benalmadena village, Buddist’s stupa, butterfly garden, Tivoly park, Teleferico, Paloma park and Seaport Benalmadena. Train station and bus stop are in ten minutes of walk.

We found location perfect and felt as if we're at home.

We would like to express our gratitude for hospitality and attention to guests.

We’ll recommend Pueblo Evita to our friends and hope to come there again.
