Superb house located in the heart of Sanlucar in a landmark building SXVIII, next to the Market Square. The renovated building is a house belonging to a charger Indies, the "Edificio Las Palomas".

It is a spacious penthouse with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. In the bedrooms, two with double beds and two rooms with 2 beds of 90 each.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, ...).

All rooms have air conditioning. It also has free WIFI and parking in the same building. All it included.

Very large house, suitable for up to 8 people with exceptional equipment and an unbeatable location.

All tenants are provided with a detailed plan of apartment location and up-to-date tourist information on arrival.

Estuvimos en Semana Santa, el apartamento tal como se ve en las fotografías. Cocina perfectamente equipada, camas muy cómodas, limpieza extraordinaria. Aparcamiento amplio. Darle las gracias a sandra por su amabilidad y dedicación.

Excelente vivienda, exquisita decoración, con wifi, a/a, Calefaccion, plaza de garaje incluido en precio, todo nuevo y muy limpio e higiénico.

Excelente ubicación tanto para ir dando un paseo a la playa como para salir por el centro. La atención de Beatriz ha sido estupenda. El piso muy confortable y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fantásticos y descansar.

Sanlucar is a city of rich history and famous for its cuisine and its people. You can enjoy a peaceful stay with a wide range of restaurants and typical bars. You can visit its numerous monuments and wineries.

Sanlúcar beach is about 10 minutes walk from the house. Also they found near magnificent beaches and Faro Blanco Costa Ballena or 10 minutes by car.
