In Bay Street, every colour is perfectly in place, starting with the bold red sofa and ornaments arranged in the front sitting room's modern shelves. Through the wide-set modern kitchen you'll find a dining area set for six, and vast glass windows that slide open to let in the picture-perfect back garden. There’s another sitting room sunk down two steps, and furnished with low-slung sofas and a projector for movie nights.

Back at the front door, you'll find the second bedroom and colourful bathroom down a hallway to the right, and further on is the third bedroom (with bunk beds) and its ensuite. A set of stairs to the left leads to the master bedroom, with slate floors, a king-size bed and a generous ensuite.

Policies

Location: The map shows the home's approximate location. You'll be provided with the full address once your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation: You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and get a 100% refund. After 24 hours, charges will apply.

Check-in and check-out: onefinestay will meet you at the home any time after 16:00 on your arrival date. Standard check-out time is 11:00.

Early check-in: This can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an early check-in charge.

Lead guest: The lead guest must be over 25 years of age.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 1500 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property.

1. If you book more than 7 days before your stay starts, you can cancel within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charge
2. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we charge you 50% of the stay cost
3. Once you’re within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking
