Conde de Ibarra apartment, offered by Genteel Home company, is a completely new property with a magnificent location, ideal to enjoy some perfect days in the centre of Seville.

It's composed of a pretty living room with double sofa bed and dining area with seating for four dinners; a complete kitchen with all kinf of utensils; a double bedroom with a 150cmx200cm bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub.

Placed at Conde de Ibarra street cornet with Lirio street, in the heart of the famous Santa Cruz neighbourhood, you'll be close to main traditional sights like Cathedral and Giralda and from some of the modern emblematic constructions like Metropol Parasol. Also here, as in the rest of the city, you could delight both in the local gastronomy and in the kitchen from any part of the world thanks to the different restaurants and tapas bars from the area.

All are pros when you accommodate in such a magnificent apartment as Conde de Ibarra.

Très bien situé permettant de visiter Séville aisément, au calme, confortable, climatisé. Très bon accueil, aimable, avec efforts faits pour parler français. La salle de bain nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

appartement très bien aménagé à 2 pas de la cathédrale avec une piscine sur le toit

L"appartement peint en blanc est très agréable avec une déco design, marbre au sol. Une petite courette avec 1 table et 2 chaises permet de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. L'équipement du logement est au top ! Micro-ondes, grille-pain, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, sacs poubelles, torchons, éponge, liquide vaisselle, lessive, draps, serviettes : tout est disponible quand on arrive. De plus une bouteille de vin rouge espagnol nous attendait bien. Tout est propre. La clim est tombée en panne, les personnes de l'agence ont réagi rapidement dans la journée. Mais cette clim est un peu faible pour tout l'appartement car elle est placée dans le salon, la chambre reste un peu chaude.

Il ne faut pas oublier l'accès de la piscine sur le toit : génial ! grande piscine de profondeur 1m10 partout : très bien pour se rafraichir après une longue journée de visite.

L'appartement est situé à 5 min à pied de la cathédrale, à 200 m de supermarché (Supersol place Alfalfa) et de bars et restaus place Alfalfa. Quartier calme.

Malgré la pluie nous avons apprécié le calme dans cet appartement. Nous avons pu tout visiter sortir à pied c est très agréable. Je vous le recommande j y reviendrai bien volontiers.

Le meilleur appartement pour l'été

Mon copain et moi avons passé quelques jours merveilleux à Séville. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons apprécié chaque jour de la piscine. La piscine est communautaire, mais jamais eu personne! L'appartement est impeccable, et très agréable. Je le recommande très fort
