Conde de Ibarra apartment, offered by Genteel Home company, with a magnificent location, ideal to enjoy some perfect days in the centre of Seville.

It's composed of a pretty living room with double sofa bed and dining area with seating for four dinners; a complete kitchen with all kinf of utensils; a double bedroom with a 150cmx200cm bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub.

Placed at Conde de Ibarra street cornet with Lirio street, in the heart of the famous Santa Cruz neighbourhood, you'll be close to main traditional sights like Cathedral and Giralda and from some of the modern emblematic constructions like Metropol Parasol. Also here, as in the rest of the city, you could delight both in the local gastronomy and in the kitchen from any part of the world thanks to the different restaurants and tapas bars from the area.

All are pros when you accommodate in such a magnificent apartment as Conde de Ibarra.

Clean, well maintained in a great location

The apartment is in a great residential location in the heart of Seville. Close to all attractions, restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is clean, bright and lots of room for 2 people. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected on a Saturday and the Genteel-Home were very accommodating in meeting up with us. The apartment lived up to its listing description. Only real area for improvement is that bedding (mattress and pillows) could be of a more comfortable quality.

A great place to stay in Seville

Our stay in Seville with Genteel Homes was great. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk to the Seville Cathedral so it is centrally located. We also walked to the Plaza de Espana and even to the Retiro barrio across the river.

Overall, the apartment was quiet--no street noise. We did hear from time to time noise from the apartment above us when the occupants would drop something on the floor and there was a new baby who cried next door. But, we felt very safe and secure there.

The dining room table was large and served as a nice desk to work on. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional--microwave, stove top, refrigerator, all were handy. The refrigerator freezer needed to be defrosted; we could not do that because we had food that needed to be kept cool.

The neighborhood had tapas bars, bars, bakeries, and a supermercado, all within about 150 meters.

When we arrived at the train station, we phoned Genteel, per their instructions, and the young woman, Christina, who is delightful, efficient, and friendly, met us at the apartment in 20 minutes. She briefed us well.

Comfortable, secure, supplied with essentials.

Gentewl Homes provided us with, conveniently located accommodation. As a company, they are well organized and efficient. They responded promptly to minor problems when they arose. The property was clean though the fridge desperately needed defrosting. We have a great deal of experience with such short-term ratings in 5 countries. We find that companies do everything thing they are obliged to do; individual owners tend to add the thoughtful extra touches.
