About the property

Antonia Diaz apartment, offered by Genteel Home company, puts at your disposal an apartment in which everything is taken care to the smallest detail, making it a cozy space in where to feel at home.

Its more than 100m2 extension and high ceilings give it a present in each of the rooms in the property scale.

The living room has two comfortable sofas and dining area. The large windows give plenty of light, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a large built in wardrobe, and a complete bathroom with bathtub; The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third one, two single beds.

The second bathroom is independent and fully equipped (washing machine included), like the kitchen where you can find all the necessary utensils.

The private terrace with access outside the apartment was perfectly accommodated with table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella. From it, you’ll have the privilege to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while watching the city.

DEPOSIT: You will be asked for the card details upon arrival at the apartment.

Nice location and comfortable, but A/C a problem

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. However, we were there during record high heat (over 100 F) every day and the Air Conditioning was not adequate for the situation. It needed to be off for part of each day and when we first arrived it took about 6 hours to get the rooms close to comfortable. Most of the time it was not quite cool enough because the vents are not in all rooms. The owners / management were very nice and friendly and the location is excellent.

However, we were shocked with your words regarding the a/c and after receiving your comment our technician were to the apartment to check it and as everything works fine and fast refrigerating. This apartment has an excellent conditioning system and a climatising machine in each bedroom and living room. I don't know if the problem was maybe that you were using it in the wrong mode but I'm sorry to read that you had these inconveniences; of course if you would have informed us about this, we would have solved it inmediately. In any case thank you very much for your kind words, I'll transmit them to the team. We will be happy to host you at any other occasion again!

Great location, lovely inside but bad sewer smells

The description was accurate; it is a lovely apartment, clean and well maintained. It is an excellent location and the private terrace is wonderful. We would have liked to have had other, additional options for coffee making, (there were 4 adults) but we managed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, but our entire stay was over-shadowed by very strong sewer smells in the kitchen and second large bedroom (in the back of the apartment). Upon arrival with the check-in agent, our initial impression was that it was a very nice apartment but we noticed a strong, vanilla / sweet smell in the air. We attributed it to candles or air freshener and assumed we could get rid of the sweet smell. Unfortunately, now, after the fact, it appears that the air freshener was an attempt to mask the sewer smells that pervaded the back areas of the apartment. Later that night when we returned to the closed up apartment, the sewer smells were so overwhelming we could not tolerate being inside. We immediately called the service and asked to be relocated. They were surprised by our request and tried to explain away the cause, they indicated that it would be difficult to find another apartment, but they would try. Luckily, by opening the windows, turning off the air conditioning, the smells dissipated and it became tolerable. And luckily too, the apartment was 3 bedrooms, 2 of which were unaffected by the odors: the small bedroom with the twin beds and the front bedroom near the street. (The front dining/living room was also unaffected by the smells). So, the next day, we opted to stay put but we no longer used the air conditioning, and we left the windows open day & night. Despite the agents explanation that the smells were due to recent heavy rains, we believe the cause is due to the location of the sewer stacks relative to the living space. Oh well.

We had a wonderful time despite the odorous apartment. The location is so great, it's a shame that this cannot be corrected. Plenty of great restaurants, the Cathedral, Flamenco dancing, the bull ring, the river & Triana market, all within easy walking. It is by far one of our favorite cities in Spain!

tres bon

Tres bel appartement en plein centre de Seville et des monuments historiques. Collaborateurs Geentel très agréables. Haute qualité du mobilier et des equipements. Souci tuyauterie douche rapidement reglé par equipe Geentel. Seul point noir: terrasse pas facile d'accès et pas aménagée vis à vis du soleil intense; en clair, on n'a pas pu en beneficier.

Bien, mais... beaucoup de petits défauts.

Grand appartement bien situé. Très proche des arènes de corrida, donc à éviter pendant la saison j'imagine.

Parfaitement propre et bonne literie.

Réglage du chauffage incompréhensible. Multiples télécommandes dont certaines ne fonctionnaient pas.

Salles de bain glaciales. L'eau des douches est à peine tièdes et sort avec très très peu de pression. Impossible de laver ma chevelure longue et volumineuse.

Décoration assez impersonnelle et minimaliste. Pas une plante, même artificielle, sur la terrasse.

Télévision inutile car uniquement des chaînes hispanophones.

Terrasse un étage plus haut, ce qui demande de fermer à clé l'appartement pour aller ouvrir la terrasse avec une autre clé.

Very nice and spacious apartment

Excellent apartment in a lovely building near enough to all the major sites but still quiet and set apart. Light and airy, plenty of room, very clean and great beds, extremely well decorated.

The Genteel staff were also delightful and extremely quick resolving our queries. We will certainly look to use Genteel apartments again.
