The exteriors are fabulous, with a saltwater pool of 12 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2.00 m. The large garden has a fenced lawn of 600 m2 and a private paved area of 300 m2, where you can relax in any of the five deck-chairs you have at your disposal. The fully-furnished porch of 25.20 m2 and is perfect for having lunch and dinner outdoors with your loved ones. It also has two furnished terraces (10 m2 and 14 m2, respectively) which are accessible from three of the bedrooms.
This 380 m2 house, distributed over three floors, has four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin). All rooms have air conditioning, closets and en-suite bathrooms (one of them with a fantastic hot tub and a shower and the other three with shower). A cot is available on request. The house is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, and home automation control.

This modern villa is located in the neighbourhood of S'Aranjassa, in the outskirts of Palma. The surroundings are very quiet, but at the same time is situated near the tourist centre of S'Arenal, where you can find all amenities, including restaurants and attractions such as the aquarium. This area offers the possibility to do many water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing or kite surfing, among many others. You can also rent a bike and ride around the area. The city of Palma, very close to S’Aranjassa, has all kinds of amenities such as a wide variety of restaurants and shops, cultural attractions and nightlife. The cathedral of Palma, called La Seu, is a must as it is the only Gothic cathedral located by the sea and has the largest rosette in the world, among the cathedrals of this specific style.
NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
