In the exterior area of this villa you have access to 1 chlorine, 8x3m, pool, which has a depth ranging from 1,1m to 1,8 m, an outdoor shower, and a fixed barbecue to enjoy cooking outdoors. Around the pool there is a 15 m2 private paved area, where you can relax in one of 3 loungers at your disposal. In the property, there are 2 porches, a 10m2 furnished one, where you can enjoy eating outdoors, and a 17m2 one, which is right in the area where the house’s main door is located; it also has a 13m2 terrace on the 1st floor that is on the front facade of the house and which can be accessed from two of the bedrooms; and 1 8m2 balcony on the rear facade of the property and which can be accessed from the 2 other rooms of the 1st floor. This house has 1 garage to park your vehicle and the privacy can be considered partial.
The cozy, air-conditioned living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is located in the same room and is the ideal place to enjoy lunch and dinner with your family and friends. The kitchen has a small opening which connects with the dining room, facilitating the communication between the two rooms. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including an electric stove. This property has an independent laundry room where you will find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In the house there are 5 bedrooms: 2 of them have 1 double bed and wardrobes (1 of them is air-conditioned), another 2 have 2 single beds (these two rooms are air-conditioned and one of them has a wardrobe), and the last room, which is located on the ground floor, has 1 single bed and a wardrobe. The house has a total of 4 air conditioning devices, and 1 crib for the little kids, in case you need it. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, all are complete, have a bathtub and 1 of them is located in suite.
This property’s surroundings are very quiet as the town of Colonia de Sant Pere is not very touristy. In the vicinity (about 4km away) you will find beautiful coves like Cala Na Clara, which is known for its clear waters and tranquility. You can also take a walk or rent a boat to take a trip because such services are offered in the area. If you just want a fine white sand beach, just 14 min. you can drive to the Son Serra de Marina, which is also characterized by its pristine waters and its wide beach. This beach area has a restaurant which serves fresh fish. If you prefer a cultural visit, only 7 min. away driving there is the village called Betlem, in which you can visit the chapel.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
