This 250 m2, two-storey house has 3 cosy bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the others with a double bed each. One bedroom has access to a balcony with stunning views to the vineyards. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath tub and another with shower.
The sitting room is a nice place to have a little siesta, to watch television (SAT-TV) or surf on the internet. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with gas stove, cutlery, dishes, microwave and much more. Obviously, there is a washing machine in the house.
The 40 m2 porch is perfect for a BBQ or a large breakfast. The 40 m2 pool (chlorine) is private and its maximum depth is 1.70 metres. There are 6 sun loungers and a sum umbrella. You can park up to 5 cars on the patio. Pets are not welcome.
The village Binissalem is famous for its excellent wine and traditional bodegas, where you can make wine tastings. In the centre you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. By end of September you can visit the patronage festivals with lots of processions, wine tastings and outdoor dinners.
A 30 minutes’ drive takes you to the sand beach Playa de Palma and the north coast is about 40 minutes away. Visit the beaches of Alcúdia, Pollença, Son Serra de Marina, Playa de Palma or Cala Santanyí.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Please, do not mark babies ( from 0 to 2 years old) as children. Guests between the ages of 2 and 15 are considered children. Guests who are 16 years old are considered adults.
Schöne kleine Finca mit einfacher Ausstattung. Der Vermieter Tomeo war bei kleinen Problemen jederzeit zur Stelle und hat uns nette Tipps gegeben.
Der Punktabzug erfolgt aufgrund der Lage, die weit ab vom Schuss ist und der einfachen Ausstattung (bspw. nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer).
