The house has a chlorine, 10x5m, with a depth ranging from 1.4m to 1.9m swimming pool. The mentioned swimming pool has a modular cover which, once it is completely opened, covers 40% of the pool’s surface. Around the pool there are 2 umbrellas and 5 loungers for you to sunbathe and relax. Outside, there is a fenced in garden with a 36m2 private paved surface, and there are also fruit trees. You have access to 2 porches, a 36m2 one, and another of 20m2; as well as 2 terraces, a 21m2 one and another of 21m2, respectively (from 2 of the bedrooms there is a direct exit to the 2nd terrace). There is also a 3rd terrace located at the top of the property which is ideal to use as solarium. The 2nd 20m2 porches is covered area with direct access to the garden where you can cook and eat, since it has 1 wood stove, 1 fix barbecue, gas stove and is furnished. There is an outdoor parking area for 3 cars, and the property’s privacy is partial.
The spacious living room with fireplace, and the furnished dining room found in the property are in the same space. The dining room has a majestic table to enjoy your meals with your family and friends. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy watching satellite TV or reading a book. The modern, spacious and furnished kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes without any problems, including induction stove. The laundry area features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and ironing board. In this beautiful house with classic decor, you will have access to 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them with 1 double bed each, 1 with 2 single beds, and the last with 1 double and 1 single bed. All bedrooms have closets, central heating and there is 1 crib, if needed. You have access to 3 full bathrooms, one of them is located "in suite", and all of them have a bathtub. The property has central oil heating and 1 terrace on the 3rd floor, which is ideal as solarium.
This property’s surrounding area is fantastic. Besides being in a very quiet area, it is only 25km from Palma, which gives you access to enjoy any restaurant or activity you wish. A little more than 1km away from the property, you can find the Maioris Golf, where you can spend your day practicing your swing. If what you want is to spend the day relaxing in a beautiful cove, Cala Pi is just 20km away; it is known for its clear waters and fine white sand. If you prefer to experience a touristic area and be able to enjoy more activities, s’Arenal is only 8km away. This area offers a variety of dining options, water sports such as windsurfing or jet ski, and different clubs to enjoy the nightlife.
NOTE: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
