The apartment has one of the best views of the city of Lisbon for its excellent location. Enjoy the magnificent terrace and relax in the chairs and table to have a wine we offer to make your stay unforgettable.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with 2 single beds (which come together to form double bed when needed), a bathroom, the living room plus the dining room with American kitchen and fully equipped. Enjoy our coffee machine and Nespresso capsules always available. We have cable TV with more than 100 channels, WIFI Internet with good connection available throughout the apartment, air conditioning and heating. We provide towels and all bed linen for your comfort. Perfect location to live as a local and discover the whole of downtown Lisbon on foot.

Excellent in every way!

The apartment was extremely comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Highlights included the bright rooms with large west-facing windows and the large well-equipped kitchen. We loved sitting out on the sunny terrace overlooking the hill opposite (Bairo Alto, Baixa, Chiado) You don't have to go to a Miradouro to get the view, you have it at home. An excellent place to catch the sunset at the end of each day.

The neighbourhood is perfect. You are away from the touristy areas, but close enough to access it quickly by foot, by tram or by metro.

A short 3-5 minute walk to Rua da Graça you'll find everything you need: bank, bakery, supermarket, restaurants etc. A staircase to the right takes you down to Cervejaria Ramiro in 10 minutes.

Communication with our host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in unique neighborhood!

We stayed in the apartment with two adults and two children. It was perfect for our family! Loved being in Grace neighborhood, lots of cafes walkable and quick Uber drives to other parts of the city. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stunning views with local neighbourhood feel.

Ricardo was there to greet us as we arrived at the flat. It was spacious and comfortable. The area is just a 20 minute walk from the main tourist neighbourhoods but affords some of the best views due to it's location higher up on the hill. We enjoyed use of the terrace most mornings and evenings and everything you need is just down the street. It's also very close to the castle and has a great vantage point of it. I highly recommend this spot!

LOVELY!

We spent three days here in Lisbon, and loved it. Quite charming, and fit our bill just right. Perfect for small family. Well equipped kitchen with delicious espresso provided, which was a very thoughtful touch that I appreciated. The view from the balcony is great, where I enjoyed the yummy espresso. We slept upstairs and the bed was very comfortable for my usually cranky back, with nice linens also. You can find wonderful local places to eat in Graca, markets are close, very convenient with the tram right down the hill. Ricardo was very helpful, and our check in check out was seamless. Michele provided a rapid refund when we changed our itinerary to shorten our stay and extend it elsewhere in Portugal.Thank you Michele and Ricardo! Our stay in Lisbon was lovely!

Graça is one of the most typical and interesting districts of Lisbon, you will be delighted to discover its charms.

Located in one of the 7 hills of Lisbon, next to the Castle of São Jorge and with a top view of the city, it has the best miradouros - Miradouro de Santa Graca.

The same view can take advantage of our terrace and thus have the privacy and quietness of the moment just for you.

It is located 7 minutes walk from the access to the Metro (nearest stations are Anjos or Intendente) and in front of the house you can take the classic electric 28. There is also the bus 734 that takes you to Martim Moniz and Santa Apolónia train station.

At the end of the street (2min walk) you have a serious of cafes (Portuguese bakery) and supermarkets where you can do your shopping even late at night. In this neighborhood you will find some Fado houses that are worth visiting and local commerce.
