This house offers 1 fantastic chlorine 8x4m pool with a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.70m. Around the pool there is 1 shower and a total of 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax and unwind from the daily routine and stress. In the exteriors of this property there are 2 paved surface areas, a 68m2 one around the pool, and a 100m2 other at the entrance of the house, where you can park a total of 4 vehicles. This paved entrance area has a furnished section where you can grab a snack while sharing talks with family and friends. At the same time, this property features 1 furnished 24m2 porch and also 2 furnished terraces, a 42m2 one and a 10m2 other, which is accessed through one of the rooms on the 1stF. The 42m2 rear terrace is ideal to grill in the mobile barbecue as it is partially covered by a tree and has furniture to eat comfortably while being cool. This property is surrounded by forest giving you complete privacy.

Upon entering the front door, you will find the home’s living room and, to its right side, the furnished dining room for 10 people with living stone walls. In the living room you can relax on the couch watching satellite TV or through a good read. The kitchen is located right in front of the front door and you have to pass through the living room to access it. There, you have everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including gas stove. The property’s washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms and you also have access to 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 on the GF and the remaining 2 in the 1stF. All bedrooms have 2 single beds and 2 of them have wardrobes. This property offers you 2 additional spaces at no additional cost. The house has a total of 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 1 on the 1F. You have access to 1 crib for the young children in case you need it, 3 fans and central heating (during winter time, the diesel central heating will be separately charged).

Costitx is a small town in the central part of the island of Mallorca. Some of its main attractions are the archaeological remains of Son Corró, as well as s'Ajub i Sa Sinia. In this village there is a street market every Saturday morning from 9:00a.m to 1:00pm. Take into account that planes pass through this area, which can be annoying for some people. This fantastic house is just 12 km from Inca, one of the most important towns of the island. Inca is known for its leather tradition, so you will find all kinds of high quality leather products. The nearest beach is Ca'n Picafort, where you can enjoy beaches of fine white sand where you will have the opportunity to practice many water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or Jet Ski among others.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
