This cottage has a very large landscaped exterior. It features a chlorine 9x4,5m pool, with a depth ranging from 1.30m to 1.85m. Around the pool there is a 70m2 paved area in which you can relax in one of 10 sun loungers available and where there is also 1 umbrella. In this paved area you will also find 1 outdoor shower where you can rinse off when coming from the beach or after a walk around the field. At the same time, on the outside of villa there are fruit trees and a 90 m2 fenced in lawn area, which is perfect for younger children to enjoy. This house has a total of 3 furnished terraces (2 of them can be accessed from 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor): 2 are 12 m2 in size and the 3rd one is 30m2.
