NARCISO - Apartment for 3 people in EL VERGER.

The exteriors are fabulous. You will have access to 2 community, chlorine swimming pools (170 m2), with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m. At the same time, your children will enjoy the kids' pool (depth: 0.5m- 0.7m) and the spacious garden, while you're playing paddle tennis (please keep in mind that you have to bring your own balls and rackets).

The property has a fantastic 20 m2 furnished terrace, where you can sit and enjoy summer lunches and dinners with your loved ones or bask in the sun. There are 2 sun loungers.

The apartment lies on the second floor with elevator and measures 50 m2. The bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 wardrobe and there's a sofa-bed in the sitting area for 1 guest. We can supply 1 cot in case you need one. The living-dining room with A/C is a wonderful place to enjoy a romantic dinner. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped, including a ceramic hob, 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

A short walk takes you to the fine grained beach of Les Devesses, perfect for families. Denia is 10km away and has lots of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops and leisure activities.

If you want to practise the perfect swing, Oliva Novas' golf course, designed by Severiano Ballestero, is only 7km away.

The surroundings are perfect for long strolls along the coastal line, from Marineta Casiana until Les Rotes, past the Mediterranean Sea, small gravel bays and sand beaches, until the viewpoint Cabo de San Antonio. You can visit the castle in Denia upon a hill, go hiking, cycling or diving - just to mention a few sports activities.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
