About the property

This modern accommodation in Palma de Mallorca can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The interiors of this two-storey property are modern and tastefully furnished. When entering the apartment, you will be in the sitting-dining room where you will be able to relax, eat together or watch a film on the satellite-TV (only English). The open kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob. On the GF there is the master bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with trundle bed and a shower bathroom. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with trundle bed and access to the lovely terrace (35 m2), where you can enjoy long talks with your loved ones.

There is A/C in the living-dining room and in the bedrooms. Furthermore, this property features satellite-TV (just in English) in the bedrooms, but we would like to inform you that you only will be able to see the same channel like in the living room. You will have access to a washer, an iron and an ironing board and we can prepare one cot and one high chair, in case you need one.

This fantastic property is situated in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, close to the lively Santa Catalina district, where you can enjoy lots of restaurants and bars. Palma's old town is famous for its cobbled streets, decorated patios, the cathedral La Seu, the Baluard-Museum for Modern Arts, the Almudaina-Palace and the Bellver-Castle with panoramic views over the bay. Palma is also a must for those who like shopping or going out at night. You can enjoy a long walk along the Paseo Marítimo, past luxury yachts.

A nice idea is a trip by train from Plaza España to Sóller. This journey shows you the unique landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana, the western mountains of Mallorca. Sóller is famous for its beautiful church and the oranges, which you should really try. Furthermore you can easily go to lots of nice beaches like Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita, Playa de Palma or Cala Vinyes.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Our electricity went for 2 days and we were given no compensation for this which is very disappointing as we were without any WiFi, cold water and etc for 2 days.

The beds were pretty comfy as well there was good living space as well as a lovely balcony where all us friends could relax.

Fin leilighet med litt for lang avstand til gamlebyen

Dårlig kvalitet på sengene - knallharde madrasser. Et par dager med kloakklukt fra sluker på bad og vaskerom(kan være pga spyling av offentlige rør ol).

Fin leilighet med beliggenhet litt langt fra gamlebyen. Rolig område med ca 1 km til stranden.

Тараканы как мы поняли это обычно а Пальме. Спертый воздух если не проветривать, плесень на стенах за тумбочками и кроватью

Отдыхали двумя семьями. 4взр. и 2 ребенка (4и 10лет) Детям особо понравилась еомнатп на верху. Понравилось: расположение близко от центра рядом супермаркет Mercadona, новая мебель, хорошая мебелировка, быстрый интернет. Доступ без лестниц. 3 комнаты плюс гостиная.

Accueil minimaliste et très basique genre "agence immobilière". L'appartement est moderne, propre et bien entretenu. Il se trouve un peu excentré (20 mn à pied du centre et de la mer) dans un quartier populaire et très cosmopolite. Il manque quelques équipements de cuisine et des lampes de chevet. Attention deux escaliers qui donnent accès à l'étage et à la terrasse ne sont pas suffisamment sécurisés. La terrasse n'a pas d'ombre et donc très peu utilisable en journée. Climatisation dans toute les pièces, cuisine bien aménagé, Wi-Fi et TV dans chaque pièce. Petite attention sympathique il y avait des gâteaux secs, de l'eau, des capsules de café et quelques victuailles à notre arrivée. C'est un appartement plutôt agréable.
