This house is an example of good taste, minimal design and stylish decor located in a great spot with fantastic views of Sant Pol de Mar. The house is only 300 metres from the beach and the centre of Sant Pol which is one of the most charming and typical Mediterranean style towns of El Maresme. Cosy whitewashed houses lead down to the spectacular golden beaches and crystal clear waters and the Montnegre Natural Park is close at hand. The three Michelin starred restaurant Sant Pau is in the town and and Sant Pol is a well known destination and source of inspiration for artists from around the world. Just along the coast is the vibrant tourist destination of Calella and Barcelona is only 45 km to the South.The entrance to the house is on the ground floor where there is one twin bedroom, one bathroom, a large living/dining room and a spacious kitchen, both with access to an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a meal outside, sunbathe or take a dip in the swimming pool that is securely fenced and ideal for children. The rear of the kitchen leads to another covered terrace designed as a chill out zone where you can relax in comfort on warm summer evenings.
