This ancient Majorcan ‘possesió’ is situated near Portocolom

Villa Sa Plana Nova is an ancient Majorcan ‘possesió’ which dates back to the year 1880 and which was originally active as a farm for cow cattle, pigs and production of milk until 6 years ago. It’s one of the most extensive and known villas in the area of ‘Llevant’ in Majorca; as a matter of fact its terrains arrive directly to the sea, which makes it perfect for quiet walks or bicycle routes. The renovation of the exterior facade as well as the construction of swimming pool is very recent, and has been enabled to be used by guests, as back in the days it used to be an area for the animals.

The livable area is situated on the upper floor (the lower floor remains closed) and consists of 4 double rooms distributed on the length of the hallway, a large diner connected with living room and a kitchen. It’s worth mentioning that even from the inside you will be able to enjoy beautiful views of the coastline and the sea.

In the outdoor are of this property you will find the serenity that you’ve been searching for your holiday and you will be able to enjoy the most authentic rural setting. This villa provides a large terrain arriving to the sea, around 4 km away in the straight line, and it’s perfect for long walks. Besides you will enjoy a private pool with beautiful views, an outdoor barbecue and several terraces, one of them covered, situated on the upper floor and perfect for having a breakfast while watching the sea in the distance.

Wir waren vom 02.06.2016 an für 3 Wochen auf der Finca Es Magraner.

Mittlerweile war dies unser fünfter Finca-Urlaub auf Mallorca und dieses Anwesen gehört mit zu den Besten davon.

Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine. Die Klimaanlage ist kostenfrei!

Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig, Privatsphäre ist garantiert, das Grundstück ist so gut wie uneinsichtig.

Kontaktaufnahme und Abwicklung im Vorfeld mit der Agentur absolut problemlos, Treffpunkt vereinbart und super pünktlich von einem Mitarbeiter abgeholt und zur Finca gebracht worden. Wir konnten sogar am ersten Tag früher auf die Finca und konnten am letzten Tag bis nachmittags bleiben.

Sehr unaufdringlicher Polodienst, dieser kam wohl schon vor 8:30 Uhr, wir haben ihn nie zu Gesicht bekommen.

Auch die Zwischenreinigung war sehr angenehm bei 3 Wochen (inkl. Handtuch- und Bettwäsche wechseln). Selbst Badehandtücher werden gestellt.

Alles in allem ein Top-Anwesen!
