Quality villa with splendid sea views only 500 m from the long sandy beach of Arenys de Mar. This town is well known for its fishing port, recognized as the most important in Catalonia, where the auction of freshly caught fish is carried out every evening. A wide range of restaurants in the port offer first class seafood and other typical dishes of the area.The house is distributed in the following way: On the ground floor there is a combined living and dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. I would recommend this property without hesitation! The house was beautiful, exactly how it looks in the pictures and the yard is actually nicer and bigger than the pictures show. We loved laying around the pool and cooking on the outdoor, wood bbq. The village is very quaint and not very touristy but it is really easy to get to other beach towns and Barcelona via the train. There are lots of local restaurants though although in September many were closed or only open with limited hours or days. We weren't going to get a car but did end up getting one as the distances are correct but it's on a hill so walking up the hill with groceries would be difficult. The property managers lived next door and were really great and available to answer questions when we had them. There were 6 of us, all adults but this property would be great for families or anyone wanting to enjoy the Costa Brava area.
