Monteverde Letting is your apartment in Rome. Located in the Monteverde district just below one of the seven hills of Rome "Il Gianicolo" we are at number 8. The Otto is also the tram that in just 8 stops will take you to the city center of Rome.
At 200 meters from the apartment is the "Quattro Venti" station where you can take a train that will take you directly to San Pietro. The house has a large living room with TV where you can relax reading books, magazines or simply watching DVDs.
There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is in the bedroom, a small balcony and of course a kitchen equipped with everything to organize why not, a nice dinner. But if you do not want to put yourself in the kitchen right below the house you will find several partner restaurants to share a pleasant evening with your friends or simply as a couple. We also offer our guests wi-fi internet connection with a laptop, air conditioning, cell phone and if you want to discover the art of Rome, Maria Teresa (Professional Guide) our neighbor, can organize a special guided tour for you ...... we are waiting for you to make you feel at home.

Beau séjour

10 j à Rome n est pas suffisant pour tout découvrir . L appartement est à quelques minutes à pied du tram qui emmène à la piazza Venezia . Le quartier est bien pourvus en restos et petits commerces! Propriétaires agréables et attentifs merci à vous!

We can't say enough good things about Cinzia and Ivan. They are terrific hosts! The Apartment was everything they advertised. Clean, well furnished and a very good location. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza di alcuni giorni a Roma in questo magnifico appartamento. I proprietari Ivan e Cinzia sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili. Sin dalla prenotazione ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie a raggiungere l’appartamento e al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato altri consigli preziosi su come muoverci per visitare Roma e dove poter cenare o fare la spesa. Un’accoglienza sicuramente eccellente! L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è molto bello, finemente arredato e dotato di ogni comfort ed ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Wonderful Apartment

The Apartment was beautiful and spacious with high ceilings. It was clean, had all facilities, great location close to transportation. We loved that it had a private bathroom in the master bedroom. Ivan was very cordial and friendly, gave detailed information about everything in the apartment and also for visiting Rome, and was always available to help. We highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to experience living in Rome.
