Amazing views! 2 Terraces, 3 Bedrooms, living-dining room, bathroom and kitchen

The house is an exclusive place situated less than one mile away from Deia, 500yd from Llucalcari and four miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana Were the only candidate in 2011 and Has Been Chosen by UNESCO for ITS scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values.

The apartment is completely remodeled. It has an amazing panoramic views to the sea and the mountains. The apartment has

- 2 private terraces with sea views, the small terrace is next to the livingroom and the big terrace is at the top of the apartment.

- 3 bedrooms doubles (two of them with sea views)

- Kitchen with storage, cooker, oven, Nespresso machine and toaster.

- 1 bathroom

- Spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and Satellite TV

-Parking Place (the parking is shared With the other apartment of the house)

You can find bed lines and bath towels.

Price includes water, electricity and final cleaning.

Reservation: 50% of the total rental amount by bank transfer. The cacellation is not available. You have to pay the rest of rental plus the deposit When you arrived to the house. The deposit will be refunded the next day you leave the apartment by bank transfer.

The house is located on the Serra de Tramuntana, Unesco heritage, 2.5 km from Deia Llucalcari 0.5km and 8km from Soller.

The apartment is newly renovated, it has a breathtaking view of the sea and the Serra de Tramuntana. It consists of:

-2 Private terraces with sea views, a small, continued to lounge, and a rooftop 50m2, both have electric light, and all the necessary for breakfast, lunch or dinner, sunbathing furnishings, and enjoy stunning sunsets.

-a large living room with TV and antenna and air conditioning parabíolica

Three double bedrooms (two with sea views)

-a kitchen with hob, oven, toaster and Nespresso machine.

-a bathroom

All rooms of the house enjoy large windows to get natural light all day.

The house is equipped with linens and bath towels.

The price includes water, electricity and final cleaning.

To proceed with the reservation must pay 50% of the total amount of the rent by bank transfer. No cancellations or refunds allowed. The remainder plus security deposit (300 euros) will be the day of your arrival. The deposit will be returned the day after his departure by bank transfer.

Wonderful place and amazing location

Catalina and Xavier very helpful. The apartment is the whole top floor of a beautiful old house directly overlooking the sea. Gorgeous views. Amazing apartment. Deia and Soller just a few kilometres away for shops, restaurants, bars etc.. Nothing to complain about, just a fantastic holiday.

Waouuu..!! Hightly recommended...! The place is great....house wonderful with good decoration and very clean... The view is more than amazing... Catalina y Xavier are very helpful and so kind... This only think i can say is WAOUUUUU..!!! I love it...!! This place will always have a special space in my hart...

Ruhiger Sommerurlaub mit einzigartigem Meerblick

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohung mit traufhaftem Blick über die Bucht von Deià. Vom Balkon und von der Dachterrasse (und vom Schlafzimmer vom Bett aus!) sieht man die Sonne im Osten über dem Meer aufgehen und im Westen im Meer versinken. Es ist exakt wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch mit Stühlen, ein bequemes Sofa (wiederum mit tollem Meerblick), Sat-TV, Kamin und eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Stereoanlage. Obwohl es drei Schlafzimer gibt, sind aktuell nur zwei bewohnbar (eines wird derzeit noch saniert).

Das modern ausgestattete Badezimmer mit Dusche ist geräumig und bietet alle Notwendigkeiten (Fön, Hand- und Badetücher, Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Duschgel, Seife und sogar eine Ersatzzahnbürste) - und vom Fenster aus gibt es beim Duschen wieder den Superblick auf's Meer.

Die lange, schmale Küche (ohne Sitzgelegenheit) ist vollständig ausgestattet (Ceranfeld-Herd und Backofen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Siebe, Toaster, Nespressomaschine oder Cafetera sowie Geschirr und Besteck, auch Verbrauchsmittel wie Schwämme, Mülltüten und Geschirrspülmittel waren neu vorhanden), zudem gibt es eine kleine Vorratskammer mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach.

Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, von dort ist man schnell in Sóller und Port de Sóller, bzw. Deià, wo es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt.

Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, gut erreichbar und sehr zuverlässig.

Wunderschöne ruhige Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die große Wohnung ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern! Die Beschreibung stimmt genau - und die Vermieter waren sehr gut erreichbar.

TOP:

- sehr gute Ausstattung: von Duschzeug, Zahnbürsten bis zu Essig & Öl und Gewürzen ist alles vorhanden

- die kleine Terrasse geht vom Wohnzimmer ab, die andere ist auf dem Dach, fantastische Aussicht

- Betten, Matratzen und Bettwäsche sind neu

- der Kamin sorgt bei Bedarf für Wärme, Kaminholz gibt es auch

- eine Bushaltestelle liegt fast vor der Haustür, dort fährt der Bus der Deià, Port de Soller und Soller verbindet

- mehrere Wanderwege beginnen auch vor der Tür

- in Deia (7 Minuten Fahrentfernung) gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man (fast) alles kriegt, was man braucht

EINZIGES MANKO:

- In kalten Monaten kühlt die Wohnung sehr aus, es gibt nur eine Heizung im Wohnzimmer, die nur schlecht dagegen ankommt; der Kamin ist dann dringend notwendig

- Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche lassen sich nicht heizen
