This property is located close to Devon s border with Dorset and Somerset and the historic market town of Axminster is just three miles away offering a range of interesting shops and some well-regarded restaurants including The River Cottage Canteen which offers fresh produce grown at nearby River Cottage of television fame. One of the most popular destinations in the area is the town of Lyme Regis popular with those who have an interest in fossils and palaeontology thanks to its prime location on the famous Jurassic Coast. The seaside town of Seaton also makes a lovely place for a day out thanks to its with its vintage tramway which takes visitors on an enjoyable three-mile ride through the Axe Valley.
