Very comfortable one bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a large modern LCD Smart TV with 100Mb fibre optic broadband internet connection.The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a large wardrobe. An air cooling system is available from 3rd May to 1st October 2016 with outlets in the living area and the bedroom. The complex is comprised of 5 Blocks. The apartment is located in Block 5, the southern most block. There is a swimming pool on the roof of Block 2 open from 6am to 11pm 1st May to 31st October 2016 and squash courts in Block 1. There is internal access to both. The pool area has undergone a complete beautification in 2015 including new tiling, lighting and sun beds. (We provide beach towels for the sun beds.) Outside the apartment block are several cafes. There is also a cash point for Pounds and Euros outside Block 3. Opposite is a Marks and Spencer food outlet and just beyond that is a Morrisons supermarket. The apartment is in a very convenient location just 10 minutes walk from Gibraltar's Main Street, 10 minutes walk from Ocean Village with it's numerous bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the restaurants at Queensway Quay Marina. There is also a bus stop right outside.
There are numerous scheduled flights from the UK so we are ideal for city breaks and get away holidays. The weather is mild in the winter and hot in the summer with abundant sunshine all year round. There is plenty to see and do here and you can manage it all on foot.
A new apartment block is being constructed during 2016/18 in the garden area adjacent to the building. However, the apartment is double glazed and on a high floor so there should not be too much impact other than the loss of the views to the south.
The lift in Block 5 Lift & Lobby Refurbishment is taking place from 19th September 2016.
Access to all floors can be made by using the lift in Block 4 and going
to level 3 & 5 and walking through the internal corridors and then using the staircase in Block 5 or by using the lift in Block 2 and going to level 3, 5, 7 and walking through the internal corridors or roof garden on level 7 and using the stairs in Block 5.
There will be no lift access to Level 9 during the Block 5 Lift Refurbishment Programme.
My first stay here and it was much more than I expected. Apartment was amazing. No complaints whatsoever. Location was ideal for us. Loved looking out at the view. Truly for us a memorable visit. Happy to stay here again.
We could not have asked more from this beautiful, modern, well appointed apartment. Lots of nice extras to make it that much more comfortable. Perfectly located for us within easy walking distance of everything. The height makes it quiet and, of course, it has great views. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing - and the water chillingly cool on hot days! We would thoroughly recommend this impressive apartment. Neil & Sarah.
Firstly the apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. In addition to whats listed, there was soap/shampoo/conditioner/mosituriser in the bathroom and tea bags/gravy/ketchup/coffee - the full works in the kitchen, including shopping bags!
The tv was the best we have ever had in self catering, full of all the Sky channels including movies and you could record and catch up! The washing machine and dryer were easy to use and ample dishwasher tablets were provided.
A decent air conditioning system and Dyson fan kept the apartment cool after long days in the hot sun! The pool area was amazing, and empty during the day as most people in the apartments are long term rents or owned so were at work.
The location was ideal, 2 minute walk to morrisons made it easy to get shopping in parts and not have to struggle with loads of bags in one go!
As a runner, it was well placed for different running tracks either on the flat around the beaches or up more sharp inclines around the rock. Perfect! All the buses were stationed a 5 minute walk away if required.

Have just enjoyed a two-week stay in Colin & Judith's lovely Eurotowers apartment on our latest visit from Australia to visit family in Gibraltar. While we have stayed at Eurotowers previously, this apartment was far superior to our previous accommodations. This modern apartment has been lovingly renovated with all the latest mod-cons and is one of the best-equipment rentals we have stayed in, even down to a bath gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower recess. After flying into Gib late in the afternoon the only thing we needed to buy from the nearby Morrisons supermarket to tide us over was breakfast cereal, milk and water. The kitchen is equipped with all the pot, pans and utensils you could wish for, there is a large smart TV with ample channels to choose from and, most importantly, there's a very comfy bed to sleep in. Eurotowers is ideally located for visitors to Gibraltar. It's just a short walk to the Morrison's supermarket, and is also within easy walking distance of Gibraltar's Casemates Square and very long and bustling Main Street. The popular eating areas of Ocean Village and Queensway Quay Marina are also a fairly easy stroll away. Colin & Judith were always available to assist before and during our stay. We phoned them from the airport on arrival and they were waiting outside Eurotowers to let us into the apartment and show us around. There was building work going on outside the apartment during our stay on a new residential block for the Eurotowers complex, but it caused us no problems and we spent a considerable amount of time in the apartment on most days.

We had a really good holiday in the Eurotowers apartment and we found that it was close to almost everything we intended to see or visit.
It was comfortable in every aspect and all the equipment and utensils were first class, you could not ask for anything more.
We have strongly recommended this apartment to our friends who intend visiting Gibraltar in the future.

Visit the nature reserve and explore St.Michael's Caves and the Great Siege Tunnels. There is a cable car to the top of the rock where you get magnificent views across to Africa. You can also book a tour of lower St.Michael's cave if you are a bit more adventurous and don't mind getting a little dirty. The tour takes you through caves under the main tourist cave to an underground lake.
